"So who are these selected number of people?!" I asked her.

       "They are..."

"You asked for me, Princess?" A voice said as she walked in the room.

"It looks like the last remaining member is here." Lillian informed us.

We looked back to see Mallory Winter making an entrance.

"It seems I'm the last to arrive. Pardon my tardiness!" Mallory said then greated the others.

"How did you know about the passage?!" I asked curiously.

"Our family has always been in good terms with the royal family. I see you are also here today, I'm happy to see you!" Mallory said with a smile.

That put me off slightly. I thought she always distant with people. I seem to see different sides of people today!

"Fine! What about you?!" I asked back with a smile.

It felt a little awkward though. It has been a while since we actually talked after all.

...

"Mallory Winter! Lorry Night! Aaron and my brother Austin! I hereby give you the task of investigating what is going on and saving our kingdom from the possibility of war!"

Lillian said seriously. She looks so cool like a General in an army or a commander. No more like a Queen!

"Sorry to break this serious moment, but are you sure having the crown Prince go with us isn't a risk?!" I asked.

After all, he is the next in line to take over the kingdom.

Pouting and offended that I ruined her moment, Lillian looked at Austin and asked.

"Don't tell me you didn't tell her this too!?"

"Austin is not the crown Prince, Princess Lillian here is the crown Princess!" Brother Roy explained.

'That means that Lillian is older than Austin! Was I really the only one in the dark all this time?' I thought to myself.

...

"That isn't the reason I am sending my brother though. I love him to begin with and don't see him as a pawn. It's just that he volunteered himself and brought some excellent reasons that I couldn't fight back with." Lillian explained.

"I will also be sending Mikey and Emma to you but it will take time before I can arrange everything. Even though this team was hastily formed, because you three used to be friends before, I hope it will be of help."

Lillian said meaning Mallory, Austin and I. Yeah! We used to be friends before, before things got messed up.

"You have 12 days to prepare and head out. Don't be late!" Lillian commanded and we all nodded and left.

...
                Third person POV

"Do you think, joining them together was the right call?"

Roy asked as he and Lillian walked back to the Palace from the passage.

Mikey and Emma were behind them but couldn't here them. Mallory, Lorry, Aaron and Austin were heading through a different direction.

"I want them to settle things out. Its all ready been four years now! If we don't intervened, I don't see anyone of them trying to do it!" Lillian said seriously.

"Hmm, your right! They've run away from their problem for far too long!" Roy inserted and the headed out.

                   Lorry's POV

Two days later, I went into the prince's study room. I stood there and saw around almost drown in the documents. Quite funny.

'Those the Prince's work never end?' I thought to myself.

"Do you need something?" Austim asked. I'm still not used to hearing him speak.

"Can I get tomorrow off?" I asked.

"If its about what happened before, Lorry, I'm sorry---"

"It's not about that, Prince. It's a personal issue." I stopped him before he could say anymore.

These past two days, he had tried to talk to me, to explain things out, but I refused to give him an ear.

I know that I'm being stubborn but I am just saddened by the fact that he didn't tell me. I mean, we were a friends to begin with!

"Oww! OK! You can take it then!" He said.

"Thank you! I'll be taking my leave now!" I said went I saw him attempt to talk again.

"OK!" He said looking sad? I left the study and sat at my mini office.
