"Get out of here!" 'I'm sorry!'
"This is all your fault." 'I'm sorry! Please don't leave me!'
...
I woke up frightened. 'It was only a dream!'
I told myself as I stood up and found myself in my room.
'It's only a dream!'
I said ones again trying to make myself convinced that it was the truth but I knew that what happened was certainly not a dream. It was reality!
...
The day passed away like that. I wasn't aware of what I was doing throughout!
"Lor, what's going on?! Are you OK?!"
Mama asked after she had came into my room.
"Mama?!" I said without feeling.
"Hmm?! What happened?! Mama's here for you!"
She encouraged with a warm smile. Seeing that smile only broke the last resolve that I had.
I held her and cried out but Mama stayed there with me. Ones I had finally calmed down to the point of talking without choking on my words, I told her what happened.
...
"Oh! That most have hurt! Why don't you go talk to them, hmm?! You three can sort things out!"
Mama suggested while patting my back. I made a hiccup then said.
"But they said I should go away!"
"Come on, baby girl! You have to try! You don't know! Maybe they could be looking for a way to talk to you too but think you are angry at them." Mama explained.
"Really?! Then I'll be off now!" Lorry leapt out of her mother's arm in excitement.
"Not now Lorry! It's all ready late." Her mother warned when she saw her looking for what to wear.
Lorry though saddened was still happy and agreed to her words.
...
That happiness was soon quenched with blows of rejection.
Lorry, like her mother said, left the next day to both Austin's and Mallory's house only to wait for hours and get sent back politely. Saying that they two were busy.
That didn't stop Lorry. She went there everyday for almost two weeks only to be faced with the same thing over and over again.
She wasn't even able to catch a glimpse of either of them. Day by day, she got saddened and discouraged until she finally stopped going.
'Was it really her fault? She didn't know. It ended up eventually believe it because of their words and actions. She was now hunted by the same dream.
She became a shadow of herself to the point that it was worrying. She was almost about to succumb to depression until her mother told her this words.
...
They two were the only ones at home at the moment.
Her mother tuned to her after drying her hands and said to her with a smile.
"You know Lorry, there's only one that will stand by you even if the whole world turns against you! As long as you walk down the right path and do good deeds, God will always be right there for! Even if I am not!"
Those words that was spoken by her mother became her saving grace.
After that day, that moment, Lorry became a better person. She went back to talking and laughing more and her family were happy to see her like that.
...
A week later, Lorry went to were her father, mother and brother, Roy were sitted and asked excitedly.
"Papa! Mama! Can I join please?!"
Seeing the form in her hand, her father asked concerned.
"Are you sure, sweetie? Becoming a Knight is not going to be easy! It's mot child's play!"
"Yes Papa! I am sure!" Lorry said without a second thought.
"OK! Since your so eager, I have no qualms!" Her father agreed to her.
"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"
Lorry leaped in joy and looked at her mother eagerly with honest eyes.
