Luther called anyone in the house, apart from Allison, down to a room that they had never seen or been to before. Diego, Klaus and Y/n were the only others there so they followed Luther down and seen a large metal box with a small window in the door. The three frowned and went up to it, only to find that Luther had trapped Vanya inside it, though she was currently passed out.

Yn turned to Luther "What is this?"

Luther looked at Y/n "I don't know. But Dad built it for Vanya."

"Why?" Klaus said, still keeping his eyes on Vanya.

"Because she's not ordinary." Lither told them, making them turn to him with shocked expressions "She has powers, too."

They all watched as Vanya started waking up. She instantly shot up and rushed to the door, slamming her hands on it as she pleaded them to let her go, though they couldn't here them due to the box being sound proof.

Diego spoke, still looking at Vanya "You locked up our sister because you think she has powers."

"No, I know she does. Pogo told me." Luther spoke sternly "He's always known, and so has Dad."

Diego stepped closer to the box, putting a hand on the door while saying "Why would they hide this from us? I mean, am I the only one who didn't even know this place existed?"

"He hid so much from us." Klaus said, a slight fear in his voice.

"He hid it because he was afraid. . ." Luther said, stepping forward "Of her."

Y/n scoffed "Oh, that's ridiculous."

"Is it?" Luther questioned "I mean, Dad's lied about everything else, why is this so far-fetched?"

"Well, if you're right, maybe she's the one who killed Peabody." Diego said.

"And cut Allison's throat." Luther added.

"Whoa, no. Let's. . . I just-" Klaus said, his hands throwing in the air "Sorry. Let's go back, alright. This is Vanya we're talking about. Our sister. The one who always cried when we stepped on ants as kids."

"I agree with Klaus." Y/n said.

"Oh, surprise surprise." Luther said in a tone.

Y/n glared at him before continuing "Even if she did have powers, this isn't something Vanya would do."

"Look, I know. I know it's difficult to accept-" Luther said before he was cut off.

"It's not difficult to accept, it's impossible to accept!" Klaus shouts.

"No, he's right. We can't keep her locked up without proof." Diego said as they all turned to face Luther.

"What more proof do you need?" Luther questioned "She hurt our sister."

Y/n then shouted "She may have hurt our sister but she's our sister too, Luther!"

"Oh, please. Don't act like you care about her, you never have." Luther spat back.

"Just because I didn't talk to her as much doesn't mean I don't care about her!" Y/n yelled back "Jesus, Luther, she is not an animal, she is your sister! And you can't say much with the way tou have been treating me!"

Klaus put a hand on Y/n's shoulder, rubbing it slightly as he said "Look, why don't we just open the door and ask her?"

Klaus went to open the door when Luther pulled him back, harshly "She's not going anywhere."

Y/n slapped his arm off of Klaus as she harshly spoke "Don't put your gorilla hands on him."

"Even if you are right, she needs our help, and we can't do that when she's locked in a cage." Diego argued as Klaus stepped back in frustration, with his hands over his head.

"Yeah, and for all we know, she might be struggling with this new power." Klaus said.

"She's probably scared out of her shit." Y/n added.

"Yeah. I mean, it must be scary. Terrifying, really, to discover you can do something that you thought you mever could do." Klaus said.

Y/n instantly knew what he meant as Luther spoke "Look, if what Pogo told me is even half true, then she is not just a danger to us."

They all look at Vanya, who was still pleading and banging on the door. The group heard footsteps approach, making them all turn and see Allison, pen and notepad in hand.

"Oh, my god. Thank god you're okay." Y/n said in a relieved tone as she went over and hugged her sister, making sure not to hurt her.

"Allison, what are you doing down here? You should be in bed." Luther told her, obvious guilt in his tone.

She looked angry as she began writing in the notepad. The cut in her throat meant she wouldn't be able to speak until it had healed.

Allison finished writing and held up the note, which read: Let her go.

Luther shook his head slightly "I can't do that. She hurt you."

Allison shook her head and flipped the page, writing something else as Klaus and Diego look back at Vanya, who was on the verge of tears.

Allison held up the note: My fault.

"I'm sorry, but she's staying put." Luther insisted. Allison shook her head and walked up to the cage, but Luther stopped her "Just until we know what we're dealing with."

Allison went to go around Luther again, making him stop her. Allison looked at Luther, stepping back. She then pushed him, though he didn't move. Then again, and again.

"She stays put." Luther said sternly.

She tries to get past again but Luther stops her, Allison starting to tear up. While Luther was distracted by Allison, Y/n slipped past him and looked at Vanya, who started banging on the door. She held the wheel and began turning it. Just as it was about to unlock, Luther grabbed her arm and pulled her back.

"Get off of me!" Y/n shouts.

Luther grabbed her again, that's when Diego stepped forward "Get off of her." He said sternly.

Luther glared at Diego as he let go, going and turning the door closed again. Diego looked at Y/n, taking her hand in his as he began pulling her away.

"Come on." Diego said.

"Diego, we can't leave her." Y/n said, shaking her head.

Diego leaned closer to her, his hand caressing her cheek as he said "We can discuss this more upstairs. Come on."

Y/n sighed and looked down as Diego pulled her along.

Later on, Y/n was lying down on Klaus's bed, who happened to have fallen asleep. Klaus just let her rest for a but while him and Ben tried to play pat-a-cake, trying to feel each others hands again.
