It's been one week since Kylo marked me,my emotions has been all over the place, don't get me wrong I didn't for a second regret letting him mark me I would do it all over again, it's just the constant reminder of how he feels about, the emotions that I feel through the mate bond , hearing him express himself to me is one thing , but feeling it is a whole other thing, and some days I just feel as if I don't deserve it, I wasn't worthy to be his, whenever he looked at me I saw pride, I wish I could see myself the way he saw me, as for the pack well let's just say they know Kylo found his mate, as they smell me on him , they also see me walking around with Kayla , on some days , but it hasn't been a formal introduction, Kylo says he's waiting on his parents to get back in two weeks , so I have two weeks to mentally prepare myself, just thinking about it makes my stomach feel queasy,Kylo was back to his regular schedule, doing his Alpha duties, he was up by 7 doing trainings , then he comes back to the house by 9 so we can have breakfast together, then he goes to the office until 5, sometimes later , he then does patrol checks, some days I don't see him until it's dinner time, unless I go by his office, which he loves when I do, it's 8 am and I'm laying in bed staring at the white ceiling in Kylo's room,thinking about how much my life has change in 2 years, from losing my family , to being locked up and treated like an experiment to finding my mate, to getting marked , I thought about the night that I saw Kylo fully naked and it made me blush, the buzzing sound of my alarm went off telling me it was time for me to get up out this bed and get my day started , Kylo will be here by 9 am some days he brings breakfast from the pack house some mornings we made breakfast together , he would usually leave a note telling me which one we were doing that morning , I picked up the little pink sticky note that was left on the night stand,

"Good Morning my beautiful little butterfly,I hope your morning is as beautiful as your smile, you're amazing and don't you ever forget it , I'll be bringing breakfast from the pack house this morning , as they are making your favorite, chocolate chip pancakes, see you soon, love Kylo"

Kylo, what can I say about him , there is really only one word to describe the Big bad Alpha that most people fear , he was perfect, to others he was harsh and indifferent but with me he was gentle and sweet, he was mine and I was his , I constantly reminded myself of this so my brain wouldn't spiral out of control, I rolled out of bed, brushed my teeth and showered , Kayla said she we were going to the mall today , apparently Mason's birthday was coming up and she wanted, to plan a surprise date where she would ask him to rekindle their relationship, I remember when she told Kylo, he was about to beat Mason up for having sex with other she- wolves when he knew who his mate was , but Kayla explained what happened and also explained that Mason never had sex with the wolves , Kylo was still upset but he eventually gave up, and said he'll leave them to figure it out on there own.
I was dressed in a jeans shorts with a cute crop top and some matching dunks, I was styling my hair when I heard the front door open and the faint scent of sandalwood and pine mixed with sweat assaulted my nose, I made my way downstairs where I was greeted with a pearly white smile
"Good morning again beautiful" Kylo said while kissing me on my forehead
" Good Morning Ky" I said while hugging him , hugging him was one of my favorite things to do , his hugs always made me feel safe , protected and loved" we pulled away from each other and made our way to the dinning table , where we ate breakfast in comfortable silence. Once finished Kylo went upstairs to get dressed to go to the office, after 30 minutes he made his way back down, he was dressed in a dress pants that was fitted as if they painted it on him, a black fitted button up shirt , that showed off his perfect muscles, he rolled the sleeve of the shirt up exposing some of his tattoos, his hair was comb up into a neat man bun , he looked like he walked out a vogue magazine, he stopped in front of me and handed me a black bank card , this is yours beautiful, treat yourself today, I also have a surprise for you when you get back home, he then kissed me and left , before I could process everything he just said he was already gone, he's already done so much for me , I felt bad taking his card, there was a knock at the door that pulled me from my self pitting, it was Kayla, " let's go she said with a lot of enthusiasm" I laughed at her craziness, then followed her into her car, are we being followed I asked Kayla , " oh that's just the four guards , my very over protective brother has coming with us , don't feel bad he usually send two with me everywhere I go and I'm a trained fighter" I honestly felt relieved to know that we had guards with us , incase anyone tried to kidnap me again , this actually helped to sooth my anxious nerves,we made it to the mall in 30 minutes, the mall was huge, it had lots of my favorite stores, at first I was a nervous mess, but I started doing my deep breathing and counting exercises the therapist that Kylo has coming to visit us once a week told me to do , yes I forgot to tell ya'll I asked Kylo for a therapist and some sessions he joins, he said he wants to be the best him for me , he wants to know how to make sure I'm comfortable so she has been telling him what to expect and how to handle people who suffer from depression, anxiety and ptsd , it's been helping especially with our relationship, after calming down my nerves i entered the mall.

4 hours and over 20 bags later we're finally on our way home , I know Kylo is going to kill me , I think I spent over $2000, every time we went into a store Kayla kept telling me to get that and get this, she kept saying trust me Kylo wasn't going to be upset , she was worst than I was back when I lived with my parents, now I see why her father took her card , she had a serious shopping problem. Once we pulled up, a very happy Kylo was already waiting to open the door to the car , he pulled me out and engulfed me into a hug, then he looked me up and down as if to make sure I wasn't hurt, " she's okay Kayla said other than some shopping trauma , she's perfectly fine , he quickly lifted me up and carried me bridal style into the house, he ordered the guards to bring my bags upstairs and place them in my closet , he then sat me down on the couch where he took my shoes off and started massage my feet " so tell me how was your day sweetheart "he asked looking me with genuine interest, as much I wanted to answer his question I was nervous, because then I'll have to tell him that I used a lot of the money off his card, I was wringing hands due to being nervous, Kylo took my hand in his then asked me what's wrong , if he said or did something wrong, I told him no " please don't be mad at me , I think I spent too much money off your card " I said sheepishly not trying to make eye contact he pulled me into his lap " Lia baby , my money is your money I would never be upset at you for that , I gave it to you to use it , plus I have a lot of investments so I'm a little on the wealthy side, the $2850 you used off the card won't even dent my balance, "you knew I asked him"
" yes my love the bank sent me a notification asking me to confirm if it me who made the purchases, and I approved the order letting them know it was my wife, I also added your name and ordered you a card , usually Kayla spends over $5000 every shopping trip hence why dad took her card , she's lucky I love her and gave her card with a $3000 limit that's the reason you guys are back so early"
"Your sister has a serious shopping problem, I blurted out " we both laughed yes she does , smh it's really bad , I feel bad for Mason Kylo said with a grin
" um baby I have a surprise for you, so shower and meet me back down here in a few"
He said seeming very nervous, I ran upstairs showered so fast , I was acting like a child who was just told they would be going to Disney world , I quickly got dressed into a cute two piece short set and my fluffy slippers that Kayla made me get, she also got the same slippers just in a different color, I ran down the stairs, where I found Kylo looking amused, he handed me a blind fold and told me to put it on, he then took my hand and let lead me down the stairs leading to the basement,once I descended the last stairs he told me to take off my blind fold, I was speechless, the basement that was once his man cave /home office was now divided into two rooms, each other their own doors ,in the room were standing in was painted in baby pink with a big mural of a butterfly, in the wings of the butterfly had motivational words and quotes , like I'm am beautiful, I am special, in the middle of the room was a blank canvas, with a chair , then a table next to it that hand paints and brushes of all different sizes, shapes and colors , in one corner of the room was a small couch and a tv, in another corner was a small refrigerator and microwave, it was beautiful, my own little painting room , I started crying it was beautiful, every detail was perfect,Kylo used his warm fingers to wipe my tears away " you don't like it " we can change whatever you want " he said, No ky I love it , I love it so much thank you so much, when did you find time to do this I asked
" well I started working on it a few days ago, I would do a little every time you would leave with Kayla, sometimes at night when you were asleep I would paint a portion, but I finished most of it today when you went shopping, I'm glad you like it baby , so now when I'm in my man cave you can be in your painting room doing what you love" the celebration was short live , because the next Instant I felt a sharp pain radiate through my body and I was hunched over on the floor , I was screaming make it stop ' " Kylo was confuse as to what was wrong with me , so he mind link the pack doctor, I was crying and Kylo was panicking,the pack doctor soon arrived and told me, my symptoms mirrors those of someone who is about to shift for the first time , but I already had my wolf when I was 16, so how could that be , he explained maybe because she been dormant for so long maybe is the reason for her coming back to be so painful, Kylo ordered some pack guards to set up a blanket and a igloo with water, he then carry me to the spot and laid me down on the blanket , he then used a cold washcloth and placed it on my forehead which did give me some relief, he continued rubbing circles on my back while I laid my head in his lap, I felt my eye lids getting heavier and heavier by the second until I fell asleep
