The week of Christmas

It's finally the week of Christmas and the pups are excited, they have several activities this week like caroling, building their gingerbread houses , and the Christmas pageant , oh yeah I got them all gifts that Will be placed under the very huge Christmas tree Kylo and Mason surprised us with , it took her a week to decorate it , but wolves of all ages helped, I'm now half way through my 4 months pregnancy, no more morning sickness, but my emotions were all over the place , I was eating like a starved person but the heartburns and the cravings were the worst as for Kylo he has been great , no matter what I want or when I craved it , he would get it for me ,like this morning I was craving a grilled cheese and egg sandwich with jalapeños and green onions at 2 am and he got up and made it for me ,I felt bad but he always reassures me that him and his wolf loved feeding me, Kylo was the perfect mate , Alpha and a great father to little Love and the unborn pups, we also received the finalized certificate for Love's adoption last week and it made me so happy she was officially ours , even though it we didn't need a paper to tell us that , she was spoiled by the whole family and treated like little princess by the pack, I don't know if it's because she was destined to be our pup from the beginning but everything just seems to fall in place with her, no one acts as if she was adopted, it genuinely feels as if I birth her.
Here I am laying in bed thinking about all these things , reluctant to get out of bed, another pregnancy woe, feeling lazy , I rubbed my stomach and was grainy a kick from my pup, they were now very active, especially when their father was around, they also loved to hear their sister voice, the door to my room was opened and a Love came in with a tray of dishes followed by Kylo
"Mommy mommy I made you breakfast,well daddy helped me to make it for you
" I took the heavy tray from her and placed it on the bed , I then lifted her up and kissed her little cheeks
"Thank you so much sunshine , I'm sure it taste delicious "
I then walked over to Kylo who was just standing there staring at us and from the emotions I felt through the bond I knew he was pleased , I kissed him on the lips , whispering a thank you babe
Once I was finished bathing and getting dressed in which I put little to no effort, a sweat pants and one of Kylo's t shirt , once I was finished I grabbed my phone and wobbled down the stairs, that's how I felt lately as i was wobbling, I was greeted my Kayla and Amaris
"Good morning Luna they both greeted me
"Good morning girls I greeted back with a smile
Then we all burst out laughing, as per usual Love and Kason were spending time with their grandparents Evie and Kace, they would keep them every day if we allowed it, they were great grandparents.
"Okay let's go wrap some gift I said lazily
" I already did that Lia ,Amaris said while showing me her hands, with a little bit of magic we can do accomplish a lot
" I see, thank you so much these pups have been draining me of all my energy, I said while sinking in the couch
How about a spa date Kayla said excitedly
" sounds like a plan to me , I would love to have someone massage my feet right now , and my back ohh and my neck , I am so in I said
"I can do all that and more , Kylo said while walking through the door
" ewww brother, Kayla yelled, nobody needed to hear that
He ignored her rant and took big strides until he was now cradling my stomach in his hands while he spoke to the twins causing them to start kicking and moving
" I think they know you're voice I said to him causing him to smile
"I think so too, he said before he started singing to them and yes he can sing , I found this out last week when he sang to them for the first time "
" you're in a good mood Kayla said
"I am Kylo replied, I'm in a great mood because I was able to finish my work early so I can come home and be with my mate ,
" well sorry to burst your bubble Alpha, but she's going to the mall with us Kayla responded
" yes that's true and guess what so is Mason and myself , don't feel left out Amaris Kaiden will be meeting us there
Kayla didn't quite like that plan , but Amaris and myself was fine with it , Kayla knew she would be limited on her time spent and how much money she could spend with Kylo and Mason there
" come on let's go Mason is outside waiting Kylo said with a smirk ,causing Kayla to walk off with a huff
Amaris and I both looked at each other and laughed, she was throwing a tantrum and it was hilarious, Kylo loved getting under his sister's skin and she also loved getting under his skin, but they did love each other, and would kill anyone if they were to bring harm to them,so everyone learned to stay out of there sibling beef.
We pulled up to he mall , where we found Kaiden waiting a basketball cap and sunglasses on, when Amaris saw him she ran and jumped into his arms, I chuckled remembering how a few weeks ago she despised the idea of a mate, now look at her , she can't keep her hands off hers, Kylo pulled me into his side while resting his hands on the small of my back , I felt the tingles and sparks form the mate bond , we went to the spa while the boys went to the game shop,
The spa was amazing, I did a facial, got a full body massage,I also had them cut a few inches off my hair, once we were done we met up with the guys at the food court I needed to eat and I'm sure everyone else did too, being a werewolf meant always hungry and eating a lot, plus I'm sure Kylo would feed me if I said I wasn't hungry anyways.the waitress approached the table and greeted us , she was about my age with shoulder length blonde hair and pretty blue eyes , she was beautiful, looked like a model out of a magazine
"What may I get for your guys today she greeted
Everyone gave her their orders, now it was our turn ,Kylo and I, "what are you getting I asked him via mind link , he replied saying surprise me, I'm guessing we were taking too long for the waitress liking
"What may I get you handsome she asked directing her question to Kylo who didn't even spare her a glance, "my wife will be ordering for me , she looked at me with fake smile
"We'll have the seafood pasta for me and the steak and potatoes for him I said ohh and two lemonade
"The nerve of that bitch Kayla said after the waitress walked off ,
" I was this close to using a spell to make her hair fall out Amaris said
She returned with the food ,
"I'm sorry , she turned to me and said while handing me my lemonade, I don't know what got into me , I usually don't flirt with , I never even had a boyfriend before she said with sadness in her eyes
"It's okay , I told her she quickly walked off ,
"Poor girl Kayla said ,
"She doesn't have a boyfriend because she's waiting on her mate Amaris said
"She's a werewolf we all asked at once
"Yes her scent is just hidden under all that perfume she's wearing, I was trying to read her , so I guess that's how I smelt it ,
" I shouldn't have missed that Kylo said , you sure it's perfume and not a scent blocker
" that can be it as well, I mean I am a witch so scent blockers don't really work for me Amaris said while shrugging and drinking her milk shake
The waitress approached us , and I could see everyone secretly trying to sniff the air ,
"Are we all good , the waitress asked
"Yes everyone answered
" you can bring the check Kylo told her
She came back with the check and handed to him, he used his card to pay with the portable card reader ,
" so what pack are you from I asked her , causing her to tense up , I know you smell our scent so you know what we are
"I'm from the star light pack , my Alpha's name is Thane , and I left to come to human town to try a different life , pack life isn't for me right now
I wished her all the best and left her a $100 tip
Kylo and I went to the baby store while the others went to different store of their choice, we bought baby clothes , a twin stroller, bottles , diapers , wipes , a rocker everything babies need when their born , the manager told us he would have them delivered next week, as he was backed up due to the holidays, I told him it was no rush, we still have to get the babies room set up , I think I'll paint a mural and decorate this weekend, so that when the stuff are delivered they can be set up as well, my feet hurt really bad
"Baby your feet are swollen, let's go back to the car , I'll let the others know
"No baby I don't want everyone to have to leave because of me I said
"Baby not now please your feet are swollen everyone will understand , before I could protest I was being swept up into his arms and being carried to the truck, I tucked my head into his chest to hide from the stares of the on-lookers , Kylo didn't care it's as if they weren't even there ,I knew we made it to the truck when he gently sat me down on the passenger seat and reclined the chair , he then knelt in front of me , he slowly removed my sandals from my swollen and aching feet, he kissed them and then proceeded to massage them, it felt amazing, my eyes rolled to the back of my head,
"Damn baby this feels better than sex I said it a hitched breath, by the time he was finished massaging my feet the others had arrived,
"I'm sorry guys I didn't mean to spoil your fun , I said with guilt ,
"Don't be sorry your health comes first , Mason said reassuring
" I understand what you're going through, so don't feel bad Kayla also joined in
"Yes you did good, we spent more than half the day here Amaris chimed in after her passionate good bye kiss from Kaiden, as soon as we got back to the pack house , I made my way to the auditorium, where the pups were already making their little gingerbread houses , with the assistance of the Stacy , Tina and a few other she-wolves that volunteered, everyone were so involved and it warmed my heart, Kylo told me that they have a pack tradition where the night before Christmas they usually have a feast ,light floating lanterns to honor the wolves that passed then goes on this big hunt with the Luna and Alpha leading the pack ,I may have to sit this one out seeing that I can't shift, I was a bit disappointed and jealous that I may have to stay home, but those emotions were gone and quickly as they came when I felt the movement of my little pups
"Hello Mia , how are you wolf
"I'm fine Human , I'm proud of you
"Thanks Mia and I'm grateful for you , you've helped to make this pregnancy easier
Once the pups were finished with this gingerbread house I decided I needed to call it a day , I've been on the go all day and as much as Dr Adams says I need to stay active , it's not easy at all, as I opened the door I was greeted with a steel hard chest , that's belonged to Kylo , he smiled at me revealing his pearly whites, and his cute dimples , before I could process what was his intentions,I was picked up and cradled in his arms , but I was grateful and wasn't complaining,
"You know you can carry me like this for the rest of my pregnancy
"Don't tempt me because I will, and matter fact I am , I will carry you everywhere going forward he said proudly, I snuggled into his neck , inhaling his sandalwood scent, mixed with the outdoorsy scent of pinewood, it was refreshing and nostalgic , oh I can't wait to be able to shift and let me wolf free, to become one with nature, feel the dirt beneath my paws and the fresh cool air blowing through my fur, winter time is one of my favorite time to go running, my wolf lows the snow beneath our feet and the cold air in our fur,
"Baby is every thing okay , I can feel your sad , if you don't want me to carry you , I won't
"No baby it's not that , I just miss shifting that's all
"Ohh you'll be able to soon , and we can shift everyday to make up the times you couldn't he said while bending down to kiss my forehead, and I have a solution for the big run , I will carry you on my back so you don't miss out "
"You will I said excitedly "
"Yes I know for one I won't be able to focus with you not being there, I'm still paranoid about trusting your safety to anyone other than myself and a selective few , and two I don't want you to miss out on your first Christmas here , so I'll carry you and you can ride me like you love to do "
I do love riding you I said seductively
"Oh I know you do , but do you want to remind me how good you are at riding me ?
"I wouldn't mind doing that Alpha
Once we made it home , let's just say I rode into the sunset, with my mate under me.
