It was finally morning , if it wasn't for Kylo's scent I don't I would have gotten an ounce of sleep, my nerves were going haywire and my emotions were all over the place, finding out Nate was alive was great news , but would he be angry with me about our parents death, or the fact that was alive all this time , all those questions would be answered today seeing that we're getting ready to head to the blue moon pack today , I was packing my suitcase when Kylo walked in,
" we'll be leaving in an hour he said , once yours finished packing come down and have breakfast"
Going on this trip will be Kylo , myself , Mason and a persistent Kayla , who Mason wanted to stay due to her being pregnant but she wasn't taking no for answer , I told him I would used my magic to put an extra protection spell around her, that made him reluctantly agree, while we're gone Kylo's Gamma Shawn and his mate Lesley who I had the pleasure of meeting a few days ago would be in charge,Shawn was the mixture of Mason and Kylo and Lesley was just a sweetheart, Mason and I got closer with planning of Kayla's birthday and engagement party which will be held the weekend after we got back , Mason was funny , and a prankster when he wasn't in beta mode , it's like he knew when to switch it on and off, after breakfast c the guys loaded the luggage in the trunk of Kylo's Range Rover and yes they complained about the number of bags Kayla was traveling with , her excuse was she was as pregnant which made both men shut up , this baby had them both wrapped around their little finger already and they weren't even born yet , it was a 4 hour ride, Kylo would drive the first 2 hours and then Mason would do the other 2 hours. A four hour ride turned into a 5 hour ride due to having to stop several times to allow Kayla to pee and get snacks , finally we pulled up to the big black gates ,which brought back a sense of nostalgia, the gates that I entered 18 years of my life , once we got to the gate and kylo told the guards our name , one of the guards yelled out " Natalia is that you," he didn't have to say anything else I already knew who it was , I got out the car and ran into his awaiting arms , causing a very jealous Kylo to growl, Jace was like a little brother to me , he was 17 the last time I saw him, "Oh Goddess Natalia, I'm so happy you're alive, my sister she hasn't been the same since, oh yes his sister whose my best friend was mated to my brother, we chatted for a little before we said our good byes" I sighed feeling content that this trip was off to a good start , once I was seated I explained who Jace was to a very tensed Kylo and a very amused Mason, Kayla was just nonchalant, once we made it to the familiar building, which was my house , I took a deep breath , Kylo was now in protective mate Mode and Mason was now in full serious beta mode, Kylo stood to my left and Mason stood to my right with Kayla on his arms the doors to my childhood home opened and there he was my brother , Nate "Natalia he said above a whisper, as if he was scared to let anyone hear him and thought he was crazy calling the name of his dead sister" I ran to him and hugged him as if my life depended on it and when he hugged me back we both cried, you could feel the tension, the longing , the hurt all being released with ever tear drop" oh Nate I'm sorry "
"No Natalia I'm sorry , I should have fought harder to save you from that monster ,I torture him ever day"
So that sorry excuse of a beta is still alive and I want me turn torturing him too "
We then entered my old house, Nate didn't change anything much, he just made it a look a little more modern or should I say Janice must have been responsible for that , once we were seated I did the introduction
" Nate this is my mate Kylo, his Beta Mason and his beta's mate Kayla"
They exchanged pleasantries and handshakes
" So Nate where's Janice " I asked causing him to tense up a little, "she's upstairs in your room , where she sleeps every night , she hasn't been the same since you left " I didn't wait to hear him finished before I was making my way up the stairs to my old bedroom,I knocked the door lightly , I was met with no answer, so I knocked again this time I was greeted with a broken voice "go away " she said
" unfortunately I can't do that Janice , what fun would that be"
The door was flung opened and a very broken Janice stood before me with her mouth open,
" you didn't think you could get rid of me that easy did you sister "
" she hugged me and cried omg Natalia am I dead from a heart break she asked "
"no Janice you're not dead " we entered my old bedroom and everything was as I left it , except the bed linen were changed
"I told Janice about every thing that happened from that day up until now "
She was a crying mess , I left the bond open so Kylo could feel that I was okay
" I failed as a mate and as a Luna Janice said, I've been selfish to not think that I lost a friend but Nate lost his whole family, he neglected my Luna duties, Cassie has to be doing them when she's not busy with her Beta duties , " well missy I'm alive and that means you need to get up and get it together, we never quit "
" but how can I face Nate , how can I face my pack "
"Nate understands, he's your mate , and your pack will forgive you ,if they don't I'll prank them all with my magic powers , like we used to do when we were younger "this caused her to giggle, she showered I did her makeup to hide the bags under her eyes, then we made our way downstairs, Nate was already at the end of the stairs waiting on his Luna with longing in his eyes , when he hugged her I knew they would be okay , I went to my mate who was busy playing with a little girl , who looked just like a mixture between Janice and Nate , " hello miss who are you she asked "
" well I'm a Natalia and you are ?" I asked her
" wow we have the same name ,mommy why does she have my name she said"
"Well she's your auntie remember the one we spoke about "
"Aww you guys had a baby and named her after me that's so touching "
" Yeah Janice found out she was pregnant two weeks after you left"
" yes I'm so happy I was pregnant with her , that's the only thing I've been good at doing, is being a mother , she saved me "
" Baby don't say that , you're a wonderful mate and Luna Nate told her "
Once we were finished with the small talks it was time for the hard conversations what happened after I was taken, I cleared my throat causing everyone to look at me " I think it's time to have that conversation, so we can all move on and enjoy the time I have here "
" I think you're right sis, Babe do you mind taking little Natalia to Cassie's house "
"Sure I'll be back in a few "she said while carrying little Natalia in her arms.once the door closed Nate started to speak

" After getting knocked out , I wasn't out for long when I felt Janice waking me up ,saying she felt my pain through the bond , when I remembered what happened I jumped up looking around for you but you were gone , I then got a mind link from Gavin saying he had his dad the old beta in the dungeon but they weren't able to save you from the rogues he had working with him at the border, at first I was weary of trusting Gavin after all that was his dad , but when I got there he was torturing his father and told him he was a sorry excuse for a father and beta , he said we were all family how could he do that, he must have read my mind because he told me , you have no reason to trust me and I would understand if you didn't want me to me your beta anymore, but please don't ever address this man as my father anymore and I felt the sincerity in his words , I kept him as my beta and took turns torturing him every day but he would not tell us where you were until one day a body showed up to the border , it had your scent, we all accepted that you were dead and I had a funeral and buried you next to mom and dad, I'm sorry I should have done more to find you "

" Brother every thing happened the way it was supposed to don't beat yourself up over the past, let's avenge our parents death , I said causing my brother to look at me as if I grew a new head , yes I'm not the innocent, sweet Lia anymore, they created a monster and this monster is out for blood "
Kylo rubbed my back , while purring inside my ears , he loved when I spoke like this " we can rest tonight and start fresh tomorrow, I want to visit the old betas room and office , I want to see him and I needed to visit our parents grave "
" yes Luna Nate said sarcastically "
" shut up Nate , before I tell Janice where you hide you porn stash "
" omg Lia you still remember that "
" yes I do , I also remember that one time you got mad because dad wouldn't allow you to attend my prom" you were a very overbearing brother , but I love and missed you, the door busted open and I came a very energetic Cassie and a very serious Gavin,
" shut the front door , they done raised the dead " said Cassie causing me to laugh , " girl you ain't ever gonna change with your country ass , now you know it takes more than death to tie me down "
We then hugged " I miss you crazy she said " " and I missed you country I replied "
" I then hugged Gavin, I missed you brother I said "
"Natalia I'm so sorry about that sorry excuse of a father "Now Gavin , you can't blame yourself for what he has done , but thank you for capturing him , I know that must have been hard "
he nodded in understanding , the gang was here and some after introducing Gavin and Cassie to every one , we decided on having a pool party , yes my parents had a pool in the back yard, because the younger me was bougie and spoiled, life humbled me real quick, the girls all gathered in the kitchen making snacks and sandwiches, everyone was getting along fine , Kayla and Cassie had the same energetic, bubbly personality while Janice and I were on the more relaxed side, the guys all were outside drinking and chatting about Alpha shit, we all changed into our bathing suits we then took the food outside, little Lia was hanging out with Gavin's mother , I needed to go see her before we leave , she was like my auntie
" Lia you remember that day you almost drowned "
Gavin said laughing as if it was funny
" how can I forget that day , y'all pushed me into the pool "
"Well how were supposed to know that you couldn't swim since you were the one who pest uncle day and night about building the pool "
"Honestly I wanted to used my magic to build it but he wouldn't let me, I missed them so much "I was deep in thoughts when I didn't see Gavin creeping up to throw my in the pool , but once he touched me I was now fully alert and I used my powers to float instead of sinking in the pool , I was now flowing the air and shaking my head at a very scared looking Gavin ," bad decision brother" I used my powers to lift him in the air where I then threw his ass in the pool causing everyone to bust out laughing, my next victim was Mason , I lifted his ass and tossed him in the pool "no fair he screamed " everyone was clutching their seats not wanting to be next victim, , my next victim was my brother of course, " he expected it he went out in style by doing some stupid trick before he hit the water , now it was my mate's turn , I lifted him in the air and pulled him next to me I wrapped my arms around in then we both plunged into the water , he laughed at my antics " what am I going to do with you "he asked while shanking his head soon the girls joined us, after a successful day we all retreated inside , Gavin and Cassie, left Mason and Kayla was taken to one of the guest rooms, I had a choice of sleeping in my old room or one of the guest room I choose a guest room I wasn't ready to face my room yet , maybe tomorrow night I'll sleep there as of now I just wanted the day to end on a happy positive vibe. I was too tired to think once I laid my head on that pillow it was over , I didn't even wait for Kylo to get out the shower.
