"Aunt Y/n! I'm done with my shower!" Cass announces from his bedroom door and I chuckle, still seated at the table with Okoye but I now hold Noah after he got fussy from not being in my arms for a few hours so he was handed back to me and calmed instantly

"Are you dressed?" I call back to Cass and he stays silent before I hear the click of the lock sliding back into the frame of the door, signaling Cass shutting his door and answering my question without another word from him. "He acts like I don't know this stuff." I chuckle and Okoye smiles

"He sounds like he finds loopholes in every task given to him." Okoye guesses and I nod

"Reminds me of a certain uncle of his." I mumble and glance at Bucky helping Sarah clean up the kitchen

"White Wolf does find loopholes in every task handed to him." She nods in agreement and grabs her glass to sip from

"I won't be surprised if Noah takes after his father once we get to the toddler stage." I hum and smile down at Noah who softly wriggles in my hold, lifting his arms and kicking his feet. "Oh, is someone uncomfortable?" I ask and Bucky turns around at that

"Does he need a diaper change, baby?" Bucky asks me and I nod my head. "Let me do it, go relax." He instantly offers and dries his hands off to hold them out when I stand up

"It's alright. I can change him." I say and he gives me an expressive stare, wondering if I really mean what I say or if I am saying it because he is busy and I do not want to bother him. "Buck, I am okay, I can change our baby boy." I reassure him and he sighs, dropping his hands to walk his fingers along my belt loops and hold me to him

"I want you resting." He whispers to me and glances down at our baby in my arms and up against his chest

"I am resting." I nod and smile up at him. "We're with our family. No missions, no paperwork, no training, nothing. All we have to do is rest, watch movies, eat good food, play outside, and convince our little love to lift his head." I tease the last part and he grins

"How about some tummy time on Mama's belly when you watch your movies with our nephews and sweet pea?" He suggests and I smile at that

"We can do that." I nod and Bucky hums, lifting his left hand to gently cradle Noah's head and run his thumb over the soft skin of his forehead, brushing back his curly brown hair

"His hair has some highlights of your brown hair when you get him in the sunlight." He comments, admiring the product of our never ending and only increasing love for each other

"He's so beautiful." I whisper and lift him up to give him a kiss on his rosy cheek. "I'm also going to dress him in a different onesie so that we can save this one for tomorrow." I mostly remind myself and Bucky agrees with me

"Don't wanna repeat how he's a boy hundreds of times of day." He nods and lifts his hands from my hip and Noah's head to gently pick him up and lay him on his broad chest. "You be good for your Mama while I'm outside with your Godfather." He murmurs to his son who coos and lightly kicks his feet before Bucky cradles his butt and Noah's legs curl up against his hand. "I love you infinity, my Sunflower." He whispers and gives him a kiss on his right cheek, his left, and a small one on the tip of his nose

"He's excited for movies tonight." I smile and Bucky transfers Noah back into my hold so I can head for the stairs. "You loved Tangled the last time, yes, you did. You were moving all around in Mama's belly and dancing to the music. We had to watch it twice because of how much you enjoyed it..." I start my baby talking and leave Bucky without another word to him just how Cass closed his door, however, Bucky takes no offense to my sudden absence when the sight of me walking up the stairs with our baby is enough for him
