Y/n Y/l/n

"I am not going to lie, this is bit of a mood killer." I admit as I sit in the back corner on the bench with the pulsing of my breast pump filling the empty space of the bunker while Noah suckles on the unoccupied side of my chest. "I'm so sorry." I sigh a small, guilty smile as I glance at Sarah and the boys in an attempt to lift the mood and it works a little when Cass snorts through his drying tears

"Better to feed him now and get him sleeping again than to have him blow our cover." Isaiah shrugs as he stands with his arms crossed over his chest in front of me to block me as much as he can, facing away from me to give me privacy as well

"Very true." I nod and sigh at his blunt words and I tip my head back, lifting my magic to open my mind and send that bullet of mystic curiosity through the different minds of everyone beyond this small enclosure that is a bit suffocating and I am itching to get out of here

"I don't think anything has changed in the last five minutes, Genie." Eli teases when he sees my blue eyes and lit up veins acting as their nightlight so Aj can see what he is doing when he grabs some snacks and offers them to his little brother in his own attempt to cheer him up, knowing how on edge he is so he sets his emotions aside and helps his family

Like always.

"Shush, you." I murmur and close my eyes with my hand on the back of Noah's head and Eli laughs lightly at my playful demand

"How's Peter, Aunt Y/n?" Cass mutters from his mother's lap and I smile a little, watching a gruesome scene in my head of a sniper's head cocking back but I never utter those details to innocent ears

"He pushed someone out of a tree." I say and he hums a small laugh which is enough for me in this tense moment. "On your left." I whisper under my breath and through my magic, I watch Bucky's head whip to the left and catch the forearm of a HYDRA agent trying to stab him. "Good timing." I give a praise and Bucky smirks softly, quickly eliminating the threat with me watching him like this is some movie scene

"Are you in his head again, Y/n?" Isaiah asks in a soft chuckle and I hum, bringing myself back to my body and opening my eyes, blinking them a few times to make sure my consciousness is where it should be

"Just doing what I can to make sure he's safe." I shrug and Noah lifts his head, seemingly done with his midnight snack and it relieves me to the point of my shoulders dropping an inch. "Thank God." I sigh and lift Noah up out of his wrap

"Little man is done?" He asks and I hum in affirmation, signaling that he can turn and he picks Noah up out of my hands to lay him on his chest and pat his back quietly

"Now, it's a matter of getting him back to sleep." I mutter and fix myself with teleporting the milk from my pump to the fridge, replacing my top, and summoning the Kanga wrap back to my room

"We will all be safe." Okoye reminds us before we can get too in over our heads for the sake of the children mostly. I'm fine to a certain extent. The only thing I am worrying about is the health of my son and boyfriend

Like always.

"Are the rest of the Avengers coming?" Cass asks in a quiet voice as he munches on his snack while his mother rubs his back and keeps his head on her shoulder, not minding the crumbs falling on her shirt

"Probably not." I shake my head and tell him the truth so he isn't shocked when a sugar coated lie cracks from the hard truth blazing down and cracking the crystalized fib I formed to shield him because in the end, lies are the weakest shield. "When something like this happens, it's best to get SHIELD out here so there is no intruders at the tower." I explain and he nods. "If it was a world threat, then, yes... The rest of The Avengers would come." I give him the best information I can
