Your heart swelled with emotion. Jungkook rarely showed vulnerability, but his actions spoke louder than any words ever could. The fact that he would kneel down in front of anyone, ahead of guards, just to tie your shoelace, filled you with an indescribable warmth.

Y/n:-" Thank you, Jungkook. I love you."

You said softly, brushing a hand through his hair. He finished tying the lace and stood up, pulling you into a gentle embrace.

Jungkook:-"I love you too, Y/n. More than you will ever know."

You smiled, feeling safe and cherished in his arms. As you continued your walk, you came in front of him and playfully hold his hands and swing left and right like a child.

Y/n:-"Jungkook, you know I can't wear my heels, I have to always wear these sneakers because of pregnancy. Ajumma said that I am gaining weight and it will hurt my legs."

You said while pouting. He chuckled and pulled you by your waist and speaks while leaning near your ear.

Jungkook:-"I am sorry love, but I think you should get into this habit as this will never stop until we build our own cricket team."

Y/n:-"Y.. You."

You playfully hit his chest which was not giving any harm to him, he stayed there laughing his heart out. Guards were shocked seeing him laughing this loud cause he always shows his cold personality to them but only You can make him laugh and forget about the world. He really has the softest side of him only for his wife.

As you continued your walk, the love between you felt stronger than ever. Jungkook's protective nature, which sometimes bordered on overbearing, was rooted in his deep love and commitment to you. And despite his fierce exterior as a Mafia boss, he was always gentle and tender when it came to you.

The rest of the walk passed in a blissful haze, with Jungkook staying close by your side, ensuring every step you took was safe. His dedication and love made you feel like the most precious person in the world, and you knew that together, you could face anything that came your way.

You're sitting on the couch, feeling nervous about your upcoming doctor's appointment. You keep looking at the clock, waiting for Jungkook to arrive. He promised he will be there, but he is running late. You are tensed because of the news you heard earlier that he is going on a mission and it's terrifying.

Finally, the door opens, and Jungkook walks in. He looks tense, but his expression softens when he sees you. You stands up and walks to him.

Y/n:- "Jungkook, I know you're busy, but can't you put off this mission? Just this once? I'm three months pregnant, and I need you with me... I don't want to go alone."

Your voice shakes, and you feel tears welling up. You hate feeling this vulnerable, but the thought of going without him scares you.

Jungkook wraps his arms around you, holding you close. He kisses your forehead, his voice gentle.

Jungkook:-"I'm sorry, y/n. I wish I could stay, but this mission is really important. I can't delay it."

You feel his deep breath, and you cling to his jacket, your voice trembling.

Y/n:- "Promise me you'll come back safe... I need you."

He pulls back a little to look into your eyes, gently wiping away a tear.

Jungkook:- "I promise. I'll always come back to you, no matter what."

He kisses you deeply, trying to say all the things he can't find the words for. When he finally pulls away, you can see the regret and determination in his eyes.

Jungkook:-"I asked Jimin to go with you. He'll keep you safe, and I'll be back before you know it." You nod, trying to be strong even though your heart aches.

Y/n:- "I love you."

Jungkook:-"I love you too, more than anything."

Jimin enters the room then, looking serious. Jungkook turns to him, his voice firm.

Jungkook:- "Jimin, take care of her. Don't let anything happen to her." Jimin nods seriously.

Jimin:- "I promise, Jungkook. I'll protect her."

Jungkook looks at you one more time, his eyes soft.

Jungkook:-"I'll be back soon. Be strong for me, okay?"

You nod, your throat tight as you watch him leave. The door closes, and you feel the room grow emptier without him. You and Jimin are in the car, heading to the Hospital. You're trying to stay calm, but your mind keeps drifting back to Jungkook, hoping he'll be okay. Jimin senses your unease and offers a reassuring smile.

Jimin:- "Don't worry, Y/n. Everything will be fine."

But just as he says that, you notice several cars in the rear view mirror. They're following closely, and your heart starts to race.

Y/n:-"Jimin... those cars..."

You asked nervously, Jimin's expression changes instantly, his face hardening as he grips the steering wheel tighter.

Jimin:-"Hold on, Y/n, Sit tight."

He speeds up, trying to put some distance between you and the cars behind. Your guards, who were in the cars surrounding yours, to protect you, but it's clear something is wrong. The pursuing cars close in fast, and you recognize the logo on them, Seri's Eagle Gang, one of Jungkook's rival groups. Your hands start to shake as fear grips you.

Y/n:- "Jimin, what's happening?"

Jimin:- "It's Seri's gang. They are after us."

He tries to call Jungkook, but the call doesn't go through. Panic starts to set in as the situation escalates. Jimin quickly dials another number, this time reaching Suga.

Jimin:-"Hyung, we need backup. Seri's men are on us. We're on the highway, near the intersection to the clinic."

You can hear Suga's voice on the other end, barking orders to get help to you as fast as possible. But before backup can arrive, one of the cars behind you suddenly speeds up and rams into your vehicle.

The impact is violent, throwing you forward. Your vision blurs as the car swerves uncontrollably. Jimin tries to regain control, but the car spins out, and everything goes black.
