Part 39

Hours later. You slowly regain consciousness, your head pounding and your vision still blurry. When you try to move, you realize your hands are bound, and you're in a dimly lit room. Panic sets in as you remember the crash.

Y/n:- "Jimin...?"

You sound weak. There's no response. The room is silent except for your own breathing. It dawns on you that you're alone, and the realization that you have been kidnapped sends a cold wave of fear through you. At Jungkook's office Jungkook is pacing in his office, his phone clutched tightly in his hand. He's been trying to reach Jimin and you, but there's been no answer. A sense of dread builds in his chest, suffocating him. Then, his phone rings, it's Suga.

Suga:- "Jungkook, we found the car. Jimin's okay, but Y/n... they took her. Seri kidnapped her."

The world stops for Jungkook. His heart pounds in his chest, a wave of guilt and fury crashing over him.

Jungkook:- "No..."

He feels like the ground has been pulled out from under him. He had promised to protect you, to always be there for you, but now you were in danger because of him. He curses himself, his fists clenching in anger.

Jungkook:-"I should have been there. I should have protected her."

He punches the wall, the pain in his knuckles nothing compared to the agony in his heart.

Jungkook:-"I'm going to tear them apart. I'll get her back... I'll bring them all down."

He gathers his men, his voice cold and deadly as he gives the order to find you, no matter what it takes.

Jungkook:- "I want her safe, in my arms."

At Unknown location You wake up in a dark, unfamiliar room. The last thing you remember is the car spinning out of control. As your vision clears, you realize you're tied to a chair, your hands bound tightly behind you. Panic sets in as you struggle to move, but the ropes dig into your skin.

The door creaks open, and you hear footsteps approaching. A woman steps into the dim light, her eyes cold and calculating. It's Seri, Jungkook's rival, the leader of the Eagle Gang. She looks at you with a twisted smile, a dangerous glint in her eyes.

Seri:-"Finally awake, I can't see what Jungkook sees in you."

She said with a smirk on her face.

You swallow hard, trying to stay calm, but your heart is racing.

Y/n:-"What do you want from me?"

Seri circles you slowly, like a predator playing with its prey.

Seri:-"It's not so much what I want from you. It's what I want from Jungkook. You see, he and I... we have some unfinished business."

You feel a chill run down your spine as she stops in front of you, leaning down so her face is inches from yours. She whispers.

Seri:- "I know the truth, Y/n. The truth that Jungkook has been hiding from you." You frown, confused and scared.

Y/n:-"What are you talking about?"

Seri chuckles, standing upright again.

Seri:- "Your parents' death... it wasn't an accident. It was a hit, ordered by someone very close to Jungkook. He's been keeping that from you, hasn't he? Poor, naive Y/n."

Your heart sinks, the words hitting you like a punch to the gut. You feel tears welling up as you try to process what she's saying.

Y/n:-"You're lying... Jungkook would never.."

Seri cuts you off as she continues.

Seri:- "Oh, but he did. He's been protecting you from the truth because he knows it would destroy you. But I don't care about that. What I care about is getting him back for what he did to me."

You shake your head, trying to deny it, but the doubt creeps in. What if she's telling the truth? What if Jungkook has been hiding something from you, Seri's smile fades, replaced by a look of pure obsession.

Seri:-"I have been watching him, you know. Ever since he left me, I've been watching. And it kills me to see him so devoted to you. He should be mine!"

She suddenly grabs your chin, forcing you to look into her crazed eyes.

Seri:- "But don't worry, I'm going to fix that. I'll hurt him where it hurts the most, by hurting you. And that baby you're carrying... it's just collateral damage."

Your blood runs cold, fear gripping you as you realize the depth of her madness. She pulls out a cigarette, lighting it with a calm, almost casual demeanour. Then, she takes out her phone and dials a number.

Seri:-"Let's see how your precious Jungkook reacts when he hears this."
