A vast, dark ocean could be seen as it revealed a good deal of fog surrounding an island that looks like a giant spike of rock jutting out of the sea. The view passes through the fog to show Kaihin Town, in all its simple, but beautiful glory. The sunlight shone through the clouds onto the coastal city. A nearby towering mountain with a sharp top created a backdrop for the small village. The collection of houses were on wooden decks and floorboards, and smoke rose from the chimneys. Red lanterns are hung on beige houses with black roofs.
Sea gulls had started to crying out and flying off to find food. A single teenage girl was watching it all from the roof of a building she was standing on and quietly listened to the rhythm of the village.
She soon stopped underneath the light of a nearby lamplight, which revealed her as a teenage girl named Diana Bellator.
She is one of those very few teens who don't care about their social life and understands the world better. For years, she is incredibly kind and has a soft spot for kids and animals, since she can be a babysitter sometimes and took part in an animal shelter. She is very selfless to the ones she loves and will forever be loyal to them. She is a strong reader of folklore and myths. She works at a pawn shop sometimes. She enjoys reading fantasy novels and adventure books, but she hates violence. Though, she doesn't take very kindly to when boys try to flirt with her. But to everybody else within the town, she's a total mystery.
Without another word, Diana started navigating through the mazes of the rooftops of the rundown town. Farther inland, Diana could see stands of stands displaying fruits, meats, fish, clothes, paints, and so on. A cheerful old woman nodded in her direction as she passed by, wishing her a good evening. She saw a milkmaid was placing her basket of milk into a small milk truck. A young man was making a vase made of clay. A young woman was holding a bouquet of lovely flowers in her hands and started fixing the flowers for the sales. She saw a few people rushed past towards different roads towards the marketplace or deeper into the town.
In the center of the road, there was a young girl. But she soon a loud horn of a car or truck. They both turned to look to where the horn came from and saw an eighteen-wheeler driving at full speed and trying to push on the breaks, heading straight for the boy. Diana pushed past the crowd as fast as she could, grabbed the boy and pulled him out of the way of the truck back on to the sidewalk, right before the truck would've hit him.
Diana held the boy tightly and could feel her breathing heavily and shaking in her arms. She lowered her head and locked eyes with the startled girl. "Are you okay?" The girl nodded. "Maybe you should go home now." The girl soon reunited with his worried parents while Diana left in the opposite direction without a single trace.
The sun was low, and the sky was on fire with a blazing sunset and into a calming twilight. But as Diana returned to her makeshift home, she heard the sounds of a conflict in an alleyway. She poked her head into the alleyway to see fiery teenage boy with light blonde hair and bright green eyes taking on those thugs. She watched as the newcomer (she fabled him as a newcomer considering she had never met him before) took on the thugs. And it didn't take long for her to get in involved in the fight.
She was soon kicking more a lot of heck out of the thugs than Kim Possible in her movies. One of the thugs grabbed her from behind. Diana stomped onto their foot, grabbed their arm and flung them into a group of three others. That's when a ball of bright purple energy had entered into her hands and threw it at the goons, the explosive shockwave sent them flying a few feet from them. And much to her surprise, Diana had overcame her fear, and stood confidently against her enemies. She went through the motions of the obstacle course over and over, until she was going so fast that she could barely see. But eventually, all she could see was bright purple consuming her enemies, and she knew that she too had gained the ability to do Spinjitzu. Diana heard the call to retreat, and she smiled wider than she ever had before, knowing that she and her friend have won today.
Diana and her friend (even though he was a complete stranger to her) both stood side by side, fiercely glaring at the thugs and ready for another followed up fight against the idiot thugs.
At that moment, the six thugs ran off from the two of them. Diana let out a fierce mimicry of a dragon's roar, which sent the thugs running for the hills twice as fast and was captured by the cops just as quickly. She soon eyed her new, but tense companion with wary curiosity. Much to her surprise, Diana recognized him as Lloyd Garmadon, the legendary Green Ninja.
Lloyd has physically matured into a young adult, no longer looking like a teenager from the TV news. His light blond hair, once in a bowl cut that transformed into a longer, gained a suave look was now lengthier and wilder. Diana's eyes softened as she gazed at the bright green Master's robes of her former Sensei on top of Lloyd's bright green gi. She soon locked eyes with him. His bright green eyes are filled with gentle warmth and fierce courage. Something about him made Diana drawn to him and fight fiercely by his side.
Lloyd's breath was hitched in his throat when he and her briefly locked eyes. It was a girl. Lloyd had seen many girls, but not like her; the others were children while others were quick to judge. This girl was definitely attractive, but unlike some he had came across, she wasn't jumping to any sudden conclusions immediately. Her gaze was... very distracting, like two pools of pure water and her hair shimmered like the sunlight. Lloyd felt something pounding in chest as he continue to watch her the same way that Kai did with Skylor.
Diana looked away from her companion and down at her trembling hands. How did she do that? When did she learn how to do it?
"Did I just do that?" Diana's voice sounded like the ocean breeze, gentle and strong at the same time.
Lloyd's eyes softened at the sound of her wary confusion. "Hey." He placed his hands on hers, causing her to look up at him. "It's okay." Lloyd smiled at her. "You're the new Elemental Master of Magic. I can help teach you how to use your Elemental Powers."
She nodded understandingly at her new Master and smiled at him. "When do we start, Master?"
Master Lloyd smiled, his green eyes filled with warmth. "Soon. But first, come with me."
Diana tilted her head at him curiously, but she nodded to him with a smile. She wasn't scared, she was excited. She might be able to have another family.
