Later that sane evening, Blizzard, Spruce, and Birch went into the abandoned town to check it out. They soon found an old rug store. The door was made of glass, and it was broken, so the wolves walk in.
Once the young wolves were inside, they looked around at the old rugs that hung up on metal poles that came out of the walls.
The rugs were all very dusty and had a moldy smell. After checking out the rugs and scratching some of them, Blizzard and his siblings decided to leave.
They walked back home and shared the deer carcass with their parents. Then they went to sleep after a long day of hunting, and exploring the abandoned town.
As the moon began to settle over the forest, Gashtooth sat on a hill with his brothers Scartooth and Scourgetooth.
The three wolf brothers had separated from each other when they were juveniles, and came to the forest from the far Southern region of the forest.
Now the young wolves and found each other again in the forest, and they were going to do something big.
