Sleepy

Tom: do you want to take a nap or something..?

Jake nodded again, he was barely able to keep his eyes open so he was definitely tired. Tom's heart fluttered, he looked at how cute Jake appeared. He held Jake's hand and guided him to the bedroom. Jake silently let Tom guide him to the bedroom. He held Tom’s hand the whole way and was now basically being dragged along by him because he was falling asleep. When they got to the bed, Jake climbed into it and laid down with a small yawn. Tom covered Jake with the covers, he placed his jacket close to Jake. Jake snuggled under the covers. He grabbed Tom’s jacket and held it against his chest. It was like a little security blanket for him. His eyes were closed and his breathing became slower, like he was falling asleep. Tom blushed, he had to admit that Jake looked adorable. Jake was now fully asleep inside the bed. Holding Tom's jacket close to him.

Jake sat up slowly and looked around. He rubbed his eyes and looked around the room. Not seeing Tom, he frowned slightly and climbed out of bed. Jake left the bedroom and started walking around the cabin to look for Tom. He huffed quietly and went to check the main room. Tom was nowhere to be found. Jake huffed again. He was slightly frustrated. He just spent all that time cuddling with his man and not being able to annoy him just for him to disappear. He thought maybe he was just in the bathroom and started walking to go check. The door of the bathroom was opened, he wasn't there. Jake furrowed his eyebrows and looked around. He had checked all the rooms he could think of and still couldn’t find Tom. He decided to just look outside and see if he was there or was just outside somewhere. Jake walked outside and started to look around. It was getting darker outside so it wasn’t light to see a mile away. He thought Tom would be nearby so he walked around and started to get worried that Tom might not be as close as he thought. Tom was sitting under a tree, outside. He was looking down at the grass and flowers. Jake spotted him sitting by the tree and immediately perked up upon seeing him. He walked over to him and sat down next to him.

Jake: Tom? Where’d you go? I woke up from my nap and couldn’t find you…
Tom: oh, I just wanted a bit of fresh air..
Jake: You could’ve woken me up and asked me to come with you…
Tom: I know but you were asleep and I didn't want to wake you up...
Jake: You should’ve woken me up…
Tom: I'm sorry...

Tom pulled Jake closer to him. Jake was quiet for a few minutes. He snuggled up to Tom and nuzzled against his side once more.

Jake: What were you even doing out here..? You were just sitting by a tree…
Tom: oh- I.. I just picked some flowers for you...

Tom handed Jake a bouquet he had made. Jake took the bouquet and stared at it in shock. He couldn’t believe Tom had actually picked some flowers for him. A blush dusted his face and he held the bouquet in his hands. His heart felt so warm and fuzzy.

Jake: Y-You picked these for me..?
Tom: y-yeah...

.Jake’s heart completely melted when he heard that. Being given flowers by Tom made him feel like the happiest person in the world. He didn’t know how to express how happy this made him feel, so he tackled Tom in a hug and hid his face in his shoulder.
