I slowly opened my eyes and squinted as the ceiling above me was still a little blur. I sat up and looked at my surroundings. I was in some garage or something, sitting in my fancy coffin. I climbed out holding the dagger. Nik had probably decided to undagger me for some reason. He needed something for sure.
I waited for his return prepared.
"Eliza! It's your big brother. Come out, come out, wherever you are." I vamp-sped to him and pierced his heart with the dagger. He gasped. He had not anticipated it.
"Go to hell, Nik!" He pulled the dagger out and dropped it to the ground carelessly.
"Oh, don't pout. You knew it wouldn't kill me."
"No, but I was hoping it would hurt more," I stared at him hatefully. "What do you want? That's why you pulled the dagger out of me. You want something."
"I understand that you're upset with me, Eliza. So I'm gonna let that go. Just this once. I need something from Rebekah. So I have you and Stefan as a peace offering."
"A peace offering? Seriously, Nik?! And Stefan? How long have I been daggered? And why did you send your witch to do your dirty work? How did I deserve it this time, huh?"
"You've been daggered only over the summer, while I've been trying to create my hybrids. The problem is that it's not working." Okay, so he had let me be daggered just to keep me out of the picture. Perfect. He was truly paranoid... my brother.
"So you broke the curse?" Nik had been trying to break that curse for centuries and it seemed that it had finally worked out.
"Yes, but something's wrong apparently, so I need to contact the original witch."
"The original witch?" I asked with a frown.
"Yes. I need something Rebekah has, to do so." Ah... I knew exactly what he needed. He needed Rebekah's necklace. The only problem was that she didn't have it. And I without any remorses decided not to tell him yet. Instead, I wanted to know how Stefan was involved in all of this.

I entered the bar. Stefan was there all alone. Gloria was somewhere off for a while.
"Well hello, Mr. Salvatore. I heard a very interesting story indeed," I spoke up. He turned around to me.
"Elizabeth, see Klaus pulled the dagger out of you," he commented.
"He did. But I guess you don't know why," I sat next to him at the stool by the bar. He didn't look at me and kept staring at his whisky.
"He needs something from Rebekah to contact the original witch. But do you know what that something is?" He stayed quiet. "Okay, I'll tell you," I smiled with excitement. "You remember the necklace you gave to Elena?" This finally caught his attention. "It wasn't exactly yours to give." He frowned, "What do you mean?"
"The necklace is Rebekah's. She would never take it off. But then I saw it on Elena's neck, when I thought she was Katherine." Stefan's face filled worries.
"You know, I think about telling him. Or will you? Because you must know that he will find out anyway when he wakes Rebekah up."
"You're lying," he got up and wanted to leave.
"Am I?" He stopped. "There's only one way to find out, Stefan," I walked past him sliding my hand over his shoulders teasingly, and left him stand there. He stopped me in the doorway and caught my arm, "Elizabeth." He turned me around to face him. "Don't tell him," he nodded at me pleadingly. I frowned. Why would this be such a problem to him?
