Basically Earth wanted a sister so she asked Monty to make her Celestia.
Here personality is a mixture of Moon's and Solar's.
She prefers to wear her dress.
Her power is Space Energy that can stun people for 10 minutes. She got it as a side effect of being made in Monty's space station. She thinks her power is useless and Luna's is better. (You'll find out about Luna in the next part)
She tried to be like Solar and Moon by making inventions, but she discovered that her interest is more in acrobatics.
