Ok so I finished the instrumentals for: Sun, Moon, Evil Lunar, Eclipse, Earth, Solar and Ruin!
My mom is gonna let me bring my headphones back and forth!!
So my top priority is getting Immature Zanny, Immature Yanny, Yanny, Zanny and Alice's songs done, and then I'll work on recording the SaMs ones.
So basically the process for this currently is I use pre made tracks on Soundtrap and tweak them a bit. Making the instrumentals doesn't take that long I can usually make 4 a day before my brains had enough.
Then after that I listen to the music and write the lyrics, I don't sing on the spot anymore. For me, writing lyrics doesn't take that long. It never has. I probably finish them in about 10 minutes if it's a 4 minute song.
After that, I play the music on Soundtrap.com on my headphones while I record the vocals on URecorder. Then I go on Soundtrap, go on the project I want, import the audio file I want, place it where I want and add effects or layering vocals.
If I have the music ready the whole writing and recording process for takes me about an hour.
I also don't have a microphone so I'd say I've been doing good.
So yeah! I'm gonna try to post Immature Zanny's song tomorrow if I get time to write and record.
