Zoe's POV

I was so happy when my phone started buzzing.I picked it up and smiled at the screen.

I opened the chat and started laughing when I read the message from my Carlos, who always had the perfect timing to deliver a sassy comment.

Carlos :

"Hey, Superstar!"

Zoe :
"What's up, Drama Queen?"

Carlos:
"Oh, nothing much.
Just thinking about my fabulous self."

Carlos responded, along with a picture of him dramatically striking a pose.

Zoe
"I guess I can tolerate your fabulousness. Got any plans for today because I need help planning a date"

Carlos
"Of course you need my help." He fired back. "You would be lost without me!"

Zoe
"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Just help me out here."

Carlos
"Okay, okay. I'll help you, but
only because you asked so nicely. So, what is the occasion this time?"

Zoe
"It's a really special date. I'm gonna ask taylor to be my girlfriend."

Carlos
"OMG!, Finally!."

Zoe
"I know!, But I want it to be perfect. I don't want to mess this up."

Carlos
"You're not gonna mess it up.
You're awesome, and taylor
would be crazy not to say yes."

Zoe
"Thanks, Carlos. You're the best,
But I still need your help. I don't know where to take her and how to ask her."

Carlos
"Alright, alright. Give me a sec while I think. Oh! I got it. You should take her to dinner at the rooftop restaurant."

Zoe
"That actually sounds perfect.
But how do I ask her to be my
girlfriend? I don't want it to be
cheesy or cliché."

Carlos
"Hmm.....Why don't you write her a
song? You're a singer after all,
Something heartfelt
and personal, just for her."

Zoe
"Noooo I dont want her to cringe"

Carlos
"Hey, hey, hey! Your songs
are not that bad! Besides,
it's the thought that counts, right?"

Zoe
"I've never asked anyone to be my girlfriend I usually get them to bed with me then if they say yes they say yes."

Carlos
"Zoe! We've talked about this.
You need to stop being a player."

Zoe
"I know. But old habits die hard, you know?"

Carlos
"Well, you gotta grow up some time. Taylor's different from your usual flings. She actually means something to you, doesn't she?"
