I pulled a book from the bookself staring at the cover for a second which was written in a reformed version of the language most Shadow's speak. Nope. Not even close. I threw the book over my shoulder half hoping I would hit Khepri in the head. "Could you hurry up!" Khepri way clearly impatient with my schenanigans. I could tell he wanted to leave and ignore the fact that I ever existed. I walked along side the bookshelf reading titles in Swedish, Russian, Shadow and occasionally English. I was incapable of speaking all of these laguages except for english and a small amount of Swedish but I had learned over time how to read most words. "Dark did you put that book you just threw in your shadow locker?" I stared at the bookself a little puzzeled. Shadow locker? I assumed he just meant that I threw something into a shadow.

"No I just threw it," I told him pulling out another book and flipping through the pages.

"Well, it didn't hit the ground," Was Khepri delusional. Books can't just get up and fly away why would it not hit the ground.

"Yeah, okay," I rolled my eyes sarcasticly at a book. Maybe this book that I'm looking for was higher up on the bookshelf. I put one of my feet on the bookshelf testing to see if I magically had switched my body gravity correctly. I felt my stomach turn as though I was suffering from sea sickness. I moved my other foot onto the vertical bookself standing sideways. I walked up the bookshelf as I would normally walk. I glanced at the titles under my feet as I walked upwards. "Dark are you using magic right now," Khepri asked. His voice was distant and insignificant at the time. I turned to face the floor and then looked upwards. Instead of seeing the ceiling like you would if you normally looked upwards I saw from a normal perspective. Khepri was staring at a book which was floating back to its place on a bookshelf. I had seen this happen before on other occasions but the only conclusion I had come to was that I was accidentally using magic from the books. "No...I thought you were?..." My answer was hesitant and absolutely retarded.

I jumped off of the wall and landed on the ground walking back over to Khepri, "Enchanted books and shelves?" He questions without expecting an answer.

"Whats going on?" I asked him hoping that there was some logical explanation behind this. Instead all I got was the classical answer of I don't know. The loose shelves which sat on the floor slid around in all directions, gliding across the stone and carpet with ease. I've never seen this library act like this before, ever. Libraries weren't supposed to act like this at all. I glanced at Khepri who had two shelves moving at him from opposite sides. "But I don't feel like having a shelf hug me!" He exclaimed as two shelved collided together with him in the middle. I yelled his name out of surprise and ran over to the two bookshelves slightly concerned about him. I clawed at the sides of the bookshelves trying to pry them apart. My nails scraped against the wood but no scratches appreared which was odd considering my nails were sharpened like the claws of a wild animal. I heard an odly familiar buzzing noise acompanied with a quick "I'm here Dark,"

I looked through the crack and saw Khepri in scarab form hiding in the space between the books. "Can you get out?" I asked him.

"No, I'm afraid not," Khepri told me. Out of rage I summoned one of my katana's. I gripped the handle tightly as I moved it backwards slightly while tensing up, preparing to strike. I jumped and swung my katana mustering up as much power as I could hitting the bookshelf. The recoil from hitting the bookshelf was powerful enough that I lost my balance and fell on the floor. Yet again there wasn't a scratch on the bookshelf. I sighed in frustration getting ready to strike again. Before I could Khepri inturrupted me, "Dark I can wait here. Find the book and I'll see what I can do to get out," I walked back over to the bookshelves reading titles. I ran my finger over the spines of the books seeing if maybe this book would react. After a few minutes of walking one book glew bright purple. The title was "Summoning the Shadow". This was the so called title I was looking for. I grabbed the book and walked back over to Khepri. "I found it," I said holding up the book triumphantly. Khepri had managed to get out of the bookshelves and was on the floor still in scarab form. I felt the book slip out of my fingers and watched it drop on Khepri. "Oh no! I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed picking the book up off of him. Khepri turned back into his human form, "It's okay," He told me even though there was a visible crack on his helmet.
