I stared at Tsuki, slightly surprised and a little bit disturstful. "What does that make you, the god of the moon?" I said sarcastically.

"Yes that would be me." He said calmly. Apparently gods didn't understand sarcasm. "Brother doesn't seem to want me down on Earth much, he thinks that it is too dangerous for me." he continued, rolling his eyes. Tsuki made his voice deep, probably to make fun of his brother, "Earth is far to dangerous for you Tsuki." I snickered a bit, not because Tsuki sounded funny, but because he had the bravery to insult a light being, that was also his brother. Just as that crossed my mind, a figure appeared behind him. It was a man. He looked about in his twenties, his hair was a bright orange and it had five different parts sticking up in the air, which looked sort of like Tsuki's "bunny ears". For clothes, he wore nothing but a skirt outlined in gold. The man seemed to have a thing for jewelry, since he wore a necklace, multiple bracelets and anklets as well as a headdress that had an orange disc floating in the middle. All of these accessories were made of gold. His eyes were orange and surrounded with black eyeliner. There was a third eye on his forehead, that was probably painted. If he wasn't not wearing a shirt I would have mistook him for a girl. He did look cute, but I immediately pushed that thought out of my head.

His arms were crossed and his expression wasn't pleased. Tsuki was still doing his impression of his brother, who probably was the man standing behind him. "Uhm...Tsuki..." I muttered. He stopped talking and turned around. "Why hello there brother," the man said. I made a guess that the girly man was Ra. His voice was deep. Ra's form began to change. His skin turned pale. The jewlery stayed the same color except for the headdress. The disc upon it had turned black and a dark red aura glowed behind it. His skirt had turned black except for a white pattern that looked a lot like the sun in the center. The eye on his forehead started to bleed. His hair turned black except for the tips, which were smokey white. His two normal eyes had gone from normal orange, to a menacing red. Tsuki was shaking. "So, what would have provoked you to mock me in such a manner?" Ra queered his brother. Tsuki seemed to be at a loss for words. He stood there, shaking and stuttering. "I asked you a question!" Ra said, raising his voice.

"Leave him alone!" I yelled pushing my way between the two of them. Ra down at me, he was only taller by a few inches. "I've never seen someone from your species be so kind," Ra said, smirking "I wouldn't expect them to care much. Violent, aren't they," I wasn't expecting him to say that, or anything close to that. I didn't even expect him to know anything about me, let alone my past. "And you kind shouldn't be living in this realm right? Shoudn't you be living somewhere else?" He continued. It was at this point where I was genuinely scared. I shrank a bit on the spot. Ra seemed to enjoy my fear, as if my mind was something to toy with. Ra looked over my shoulder so he could see Tsuki. "Now, Moon, what would make you mock me in such a manner?"

"Leave. Him. ALONE!" I yelled, summoning my katana from the shadows and unsheathing it. Ra put his finger on the edge of the blade an pushed it away. "And what are you going to do? Hmmn? Kill me? Or make me laugh?" The sun god smirked.

"Maybe I will kill you.." I countered.

Ra laughed, "Go ahead and try." He opened his arms and took a step back. I raised my sword. I actually considered trying to impale him with it, but, memories of the past flooded into my mind. Images flashed of a Shadow Demon dying with a knife in his head, and countless others dying helplessly, by the blade of one of my weapons. I grasped the sides of my head with my hands and collapsed. "N-no...I-I can't kill you..." I stammered. Ra chuckled as a familiar dagger formed in his hand. Tears streamed down my face as more memories flooded my head. I crumpled to the floor, sobbing, with my head in my knees. "STOP RA!" Tsuki yelled at his brother as he lunged at him, punching Ra in the face. Ra grumbled a bit before grabbing his brother by the scarf and throwing him across the floor. I recollected myself and stood up, gripping the handle of my katana tightly. Ra laughed a bit, "Going to try again, are we now?" Ra formed a ball of fire in his hands. I backed up a bit. He threw the fire directly at me. I ducked but the fireball still hit me in the side of the head. I collapsed, nearly blacking out again.

Ra laughed again and teleported behind me. "What's wrong? Feeling weak dear? I'm sure you couldn't take light head on." Ra seemed to glow a second before letting out a solar flare. That pushed me past my limit. I lost consciousness for the second time in one day. When I woke up my body was on fire again. I tried to scream but no words came out. Moving wasn't an option either. I could feel my skin burning. I could hear Tsuki yelling and Ra laughing in the background as I lost consciousness again. When I woke up this time I was no longer on fire and the two god brothers had disappeared. I stood up and nearly fell over again. My whole body ached. Most of the bottom of my hair was singed off along with the ends of my coat. I whistled. A loud bark echoed off the stone corridor before a familiar mass of purple and grey ran at me. Aeron was just about to jump on me and knock me over but I dissolved into the floor before he could. I was afraid that the impact of my own dog would have caused unbearable pain. I poked my head through the floor and Aeron licked my face causing immense pain. I made my hand materialize above the ground and pushed my dog's face away from mine.

Aeron had a pained look on his face. I glared at him. Most dogs would probably be scared of a random head and hand coming from the floor but I had a feeling Aeron had gotten used to it by now. For some reason I couldn't get the mental image of Ra out of my head, no matter how hard I tried not to think about him.
