Colby's POV

Sam grabs my hand and looks at me with a smile as he stands up. I can only think about getting him the help he needs right now.

"Let's go to the truck and find help," I tell Sam. He nods and we begin to walk out of the hotel room. As we make our way down the elevator, suddenly it stops.

"Not again," I say as I press the ground floor button. Nothing is happening. I groan and slap the door. I look back at Sam who seems to be frozen.

"Sam? Are you okay?" Sam doesn't say anything. I approach him and put my hand on his cheek, hoping he will look up at me. Sam's skin was cold, and I could see bumps begin to form. Sam looks up at me, his eyes wide with fear.

"Something is here." As soon as Sam says that the lights go out. My heart stops, Sam looks around the elevator, his breathing becomes rapid. I just continue looking at Sam's face, I put my other hand on Sam's other cheek. I get him to look back at me.

"Just look at me Sam. It will be okay. Don't pay attention to it." Sam nods and wraps his arms around me. I do the same. As we held each other, I started to feel the elevator shake slightly and whispers. I have no idea if they are coming from around us or if they are just in my head. I cling to Sam tighter, and he does the same.

"Let's pray. Maybe that will stop this." Sam nods and we begin to pray.

(both of us in unison) "Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done; on earth as it is in heaven." The elevator starts to shake more violently, and the lights start to flicker.

"Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us." Sam grips the cross necklace that is around my neck. I do the same.

"And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen." The shaking stops and the lights stay on. I open my eyes and look around, and then at Sam who is shaking terribly. Before anything else happens, I hear the ding from the elevator. The doors open slowly, and I see the sun from the lobby windows.

Sam looks up at me and quickly grabs my hand and leads me out of the elevator to outside. When we get to the truck, we are both breathing heavily. I look at Sam, I can see he is visibly tearing up and scared. I go around the truck and open the passenger door.

"Sam lets go; we need to do this quickly." Sam nods and gets in the truck. I closed the door behind him and ran around to get to the driver's side. As soon as I get in, I start the truck and speed out of the parking lot, hearing a few honks behind me. Sam grabs onto the handle on the door.

"Where are we going?" Sam asks in fear of my driving.

"Well after I found the video, I quickly figured out what was going on. So, while you were gone, I did research on some pastors around us, and I think I found one that can help us." I look over at Sam with a smile, Sam looks at me with his eyes wide and nods.

We head down the road to Saint Mary's Catholic Cathedral. It was only 4 minutes away from the Driskill hotel. I quickly turn the corner to the church and park in front. We both get out of the truck and stand on the sidewalk in facing the church. We look up at it, I grab Sams hand and look at him. He looks back at me.

"Are you ready to get this ghost out of your ass?" Sam smiles and nods, we both begin to walk up the church's steps. Our hands held together.
