A/n: The song I listened to while writing is above. I love rachie and I don't get why people compare her to Juby.

"Get behind me!!" Sophia hid behind Seo-yun as she fired back at the men hired by a mercenary, who had been at a previous camp she was sold to and recently worked their way, into a higher position that needed to be solidified with Sophia's kidnapping. "Over my dead body." Her glare was enough to stop the brunette momentarily, as they chuckled when realizing, just who they were facing. Slapping the gun out of their hand, she uppercut them then shot them in their left left and right bicep. Making the mercenary howl in pain because it was in those places, that they were severely injured the year that the sakura haired woman had been employed as a medic. "Try your luck again, but I warn you, I shoot to kill." They charged her but she easily broke their right leg, then dislocated their left arm and slammed them into the ground. The force being enough to almost dislodge some of their vertebrae, had Seo-yun not been holding back at all, it could've shattered their spine.

Taking Sophia and running further away, the already mostly tired golden eyed teen was able to get her to safety with her brother, then ran back to help her boyfriend after he covered for her. "IJIN!!!!" He glanced up as she drop kicked the guy he was fighting against, who had managed to still move even with the injuries she put on the brunette, making her risk getting shot in the thigh to get a strike in. Since only she was trained to get the objective done no matter what, as the old artifact was an ex-ally of the one responsible for the founding of Ijin's old mercenary group. They were also the one's responsible for the plane crash that led to Seo-yun's parents selling her, in exchange for a guaranteed path to safety for themselves which ended with their deaths. The very person Seo-yun was willing to kill for, was the perpetrator behind the excruciating way she's led her life so far.

"Think fast!" Dodging the brunette who slashed her thigh, the golden eyed teen had grabbed a piece of glass and stabbed the opposing mercenary's eyes out, then grabbed their own knife and stabbed their heart out ten times in succession. Her eyes had grown a bit darker until Ijin puller her away, and she snapped out of the trance she was in by instinct when she was about to die, the very same she was in when she survived multiple fatal slashes and gouge wounds to save Jiye. "Seo-yun.....it's over....you're okay...." She let out a sigh then  fell back into his arms, exhaustion claiming her body as she let herself get lost in his warmth that she loved, because he became someone she could depend on.

"Hey, Jia!!" Seo-yun blushed as she was called on by her nickname by Ijin, but Jiye watched with a satisfied smile at their interaction because even she knew how warped the pink haired teen was, because of how she grew up as well as who she suspects raised her from the shadows. "Let's go home, lovebirds." Yeona commented as Dayeon smiled behind her, making their friend's face match her hair color as she was dragged along by Ijin. "Thanks for having me over for dinner, sir." She thanked his grandpa, but the guy she was dating sat beside her with the fattest grin ever. Not only because she was being herself, but because she finally seemed happier than before and actually showed improvement, compared to when they had first met and she was wary of everything. "Who raised me?.....The old artifact did. They're the head of KSOTDEW, though when we met I was too young to remember." His hand clenched under the table in anger, because the person who claimed to raise her just made her live in anguish for most of her life without reason.

If they ever met, he would kill them without hearing their excuses for why they believed exposing Seo-yun to all of that bloodshed, especially at her young age then; since there was no excuse or reason that could justify sending a four year old girl into the world of mercenaries. While she couldn't remember, Ijin did, of the first time they met when she offered her rations to him and couldn't speak properly due to her age. Her first disguise back then was with sky blue contacts, and hair dyed the same color as his own. To his younger self then, she was a ray of hope since he saw her multiple times after that even as she grew, since she never changed her disguise unless on a mission. He never wanted to lose her again and whenever he dreamed, he'd talk to what he saw as his younger self. "Ijin?" He blushed when he saw her next to him, but she sighed and told him with a melancholic expression that he didn't understand. "Sometimes....I feel like I don't deserve you."

[Two Days Later]

"Did you really think you could leave me that easily, daughter?" My body froze as I heard that voice, the person who raised me and the one who would never let me go until I died, Beryl "Kreios" Walz. He was the leader of KSOTDEW, but no matter what I did, he would find a fault and make me bury who I was even deeper down. Even now the fleeting happiness I felt under the illusion of being free, had been just another one of his sick ways of toying with me. 'Deep down I know....he engraved it within me from when I was a child. I cannot escape him without help....because no matter what I try to do on my own....he'll find and trap me again.' He pat my head but he was just like my parents that he killed, all they see is a useful tool, they never saw a person to begin with. "You will do as I order, or I'll tell Mad Dog to go ahead with his revenge plan on your boyfriend." Blood seeped from my palms as my nails dug into them, but I couldn't let Ijin or his family get involved even if Beryl orders me to find and kill the remaining numbers not allied with Ijin.

"Your order is law, sir." He smirked then told me his first order which was to foil Mad Dog's plans, because he knew that he would carry out his revenge plot regardless of hot it went with me. Making sure I was armed with what was needed, he dropped me by the site where I silently cut the throats of several thugs, before coming face to face with the brunette from earlier in the week. "You look different." She commented but barely deflected my knife as I charged her like a reckless beast, eyes full of murderous aura as I sliced through her elbows, knees and shoulders in succession. "........" She glared at me but I decapitated her without paying any further mind, rushing off to find her allies so Ijin could take care of his business as per Beryl's wishes. Since there was no escape from the silken web that maniac had me trapped in, unless I could get Ijin to notice before I'm forced to leave Korea. 'Please....save me.......I....I....' My heart was heavy as I shot down the remaining men then prepared to flee, until Mad Dog caught me and engaged battle upon inferring that Beryl was behind my dispatchment.

"So, he thinks he can use his dog to kill me? Let's see you try!!!" Dodging his knife, I could easily predict his moves but it was hard to hit his vital points and soon, I was pinned to the floor with severe injuries. "Heh. So much for his loyal dog.....maybe you have value elsewhere." His hand started to reach for my clothes as I closed my eyes, 'I want you to save me...IJIN!!!'
