Dan intended to lead everyone to sit in the front zone near the stage, which required passing behind the stage first. At that moment, the first group of performers was going on break, while another group was coming in to practice. Dan stopped to let the performers pass by. The performers turned to look at Ares's group with interest, especially at Ares, who stood there with a serious expression.

"Oh wow, he's really handsome. Who is he?" one of the performers said to a friend in Thai. Ares could understand them, but he didn’t say anything. He was somewhat annoyed by the gazes of the performers who were whispering about him, some even speaking loudly enough to be heard, perhaps thinking that Ares wouldn’t understand.

"Mom," Aries called his mother seriously, causing Madame Linsey to turn and look.

"What is it?" Madame Linsey asked.

"I think if you buy this place, you should just tear it down and do something else that can make more money. You could build a hotel or anything else. I’ll invest myself. From what I see, this place looks very low-class," Ares said. Part of the reason was that he owned a leading entertainment media company, and everything he did had to be luxurious. It wasn’t that the place looked bad; it was just that Ares had seen much better places before. Dan, who heard this, looked a bit concerned, but he didn’t dare say anything because he knew the other party was going to buy the place. However, another person who had just walked out happened to hear Ares's words.

"You are the one who is low-class!" Tharn's harsh voice rang out as he walked up with determination to confront Ares. Despite the height difference, Tharn seemed completely unfazed by Ares's aura or stature. Ares looked at the sharply-featured young man, who appeared to want to claw at him, wondering who he was.

"You have no right to look down on others or the place that others have built with their hard work. Your life may have been paved with rose petals since birth, so you don’t realize how much effort those you call low-class and worthless have to put in. The attitude of people like us, whom you belittle, is actually better than your own. Let me ask you, before you speak, did you filter your thoughts through your brain, or did they just come from your big toe?!" Tharn's voice shouted loudly, causing everyone to stop in their tracks. Tharn's face turned red with displeasure at the person in front of him. He was angry because this place was built by his mother with great intention; there had been ups and downs, but they had managed to get through and improve continuously. The only problems had arisen when his mother fell ill. Ares's words felt like an insult to his mother.

"Wait a minute, who do you think you are, standing there and talking to me like that?" Ares, who had never had anyone dare to yell at or insult him before, felt a surge of displeasure. Although he had initially found Tharn's face somewhat appealing, his irritation quickly took over.

"Tharn, calm down," Madame Linsey said gently, grabbing Tharn's arm. She was initially shocked to see Tharn confronting her son, but instead of being angry, Madame Linsey felt quite pleased that someone had the courage to speak directly to her son like this. Ares may have spoken harshly, but having grown up among fierce and aggressive people, he had learned to be cruel and act tough from a young age.

"Madame, I apologize, but I really can't accept this. You should know how important this place is to my mother. I won't allow anyone to look down on what my mother has built. If your son doesn't like it here, he doesn’t have to buy it. I’ll talk to my mother myself," Tharn said seriously. He knew that his mother needed money, but Tharn thought it would be better for him to work hard for it than to sell to someone who disrespected this cabaret. Additionally, Tharn was unsure if the other party would destroy the place to turn it into something else.

"Showing off," Ares couldn't help but criticize Tharn. He admitted he felt quite embarrassed that Tharn had openly insulted him in front of so many people, even though some might not have understood what was being said. When Tharn heard Ares speak, he shot a fierce glare back at him immediately, causing Ares's bodyguards to exchange stunned looks. They had never seen anyone dare to look at Ares or speak to him like that before.
