"Did you forget something?" asked Ares when he saw his lover walk out of the bedroom in the condo in Bangkok. Today, the two of them were going to fly to LA for Ares' company party in three days. So, Ares had brought Tharn to stay overnight at the condo in Bangkok so they wouldn't have to rush.

"No, you had your people take the souvenir bag, right?" Tharn asked. Ares nodded in agreement.

"Then we can go," Tharn said before Ares took Tharn's hand and led him out of their room. Now, Ares' people had prepared the car and, upon reaching the ground floor, they got in the car and headed straight to the airport.

"Is there still time before the flight? I wanted to buy something at the duty-free shop." Tharn said.

"There is. I'll take you," Ares replied. Tharn smiled in satisfaction. By the time they arrived at the airport, they had completed their paperwork, and their bags were sent to Ares' private jet as well.

"What do you want to buy?" Ares asked as he held Tharn's hand while walking into the duty-free zone.

"I want a new bag, but I want to look first," Tharn replied honestly, which made Ares smile immediately. Throughout their relationship, Ares had tried to take Tharn shopping for brand-name items because he wanted to buy him things, but Tharn usually declined, saying that what he already had was still usable. Most of the items Tharn had asked Ares to buy were personal items for his cabaret performances. There were very few things that Tharn had actually wanted Ares to buy for him. So when Tharn said he wanted a new bag, Ares was ready to whip out his credit card right away.

The two of them walked into a shop of a brand, with Rafa accompanying Tharn and Ares, while the other two bodyguards waited outside the store to avoid disturbing others. The staff immediately came to greet them and allowed them some privacy to browse the products, which made Tharn quite pleased.

"Hey, if you get bored, you can go find a coffee shop or somewhere else to wait," Tharn said to his lover, worried that Ares might feel bored.

"It's fine. I want to be here with you," Ares replied. Tharn then turned back to look at the bags. He liked the bags from this brand because they matched his style. The shop also had some accessories, so Ares told Tharn that he wanted to check out the jewellery for a bit. Tharn nodded in agreement, and Ares left Rafa with Tharn while he went to look at the accessories. As Ares was browsing, other customers entered the shop as well, but he didn't pay much attention until he felt someone close by. When he turned to look, he saw two young women smiling at him shyly. Ares glanced at his bodyguards in front of him and shook his head because he knew that the two bodyguards would come over to separate the young women from him. However, Ares thought it wasn't necessary since the two young women appeared to be just ordinary customers.

"Excuse me," one of the young women said in English. Ares turned to look with a neutral expression and didn't respond.

"Actually, I want to buy something for my brother, but I don't know what to choose, so I was wondering if you could help me with some suggestions," the young woman said with a sweet smile.

"I'm not a staff member," Ares replied in a flat tone, causing the young woman to pause slightly.

"I know, but I thought since you're a guy too, you might be able to give me some advice," the young woman persisted, and Ares realized she just wanted to strike up a conversation with him.

"I'm not available," Ares said dismissively before looking at Tharn, who was smiling back at him.

"Excuse me," Ares said simply, and he immediately walked back to Tharn, ignoring the jewellery. The young woman watched him in shock, not expecting Ares to refuse her so directly. When she saw Ares walk towards the handsome young man and wrap his arm around his waist, both young women felt their faces flush with embarrassment and left the shop without continuing to browse.
