"Do you smell that from me?" Ares asked. Tharn pushed Ares away from himself before sitting up. Actually, Tharn was just dozing off when he heard the door open and knew it was probably Ares, but he didn't think to open his eyes to check. He didn't expect Ares to come over and kiss his cheek, which made Tharn catch the scent of a woman's perfume from Ares.

"Yes," Tharn replied.

"You have a nose like a dog," Ares remarked, causing Tharn to glare at him immediately.

"You're the dog," Tharn retorted, and Ares chuckled softly.

"Do you know what brand of perfume it is?" Ares teased, prompting Tharn to lean in and sniff around Ares's shirt.

"It smells like Gucci Rush," Tharn answered.

"You really surprise me," Ares said. He didn't actually know if Tharn was right about the scent, but he had a feeling the perfume had come from someone.

"Am I getting my cabaret back?" Tharn asked in return while looking at Ares intently.

"Sorry, I didn't do anything wrong with the promise. If you don't believe me, I can find evidence for you. The perfume you smell must have stuck to me when I attended the wrap party for the movie I invested in and sat close to the lead actor," Ares explained, causing Tharn to feel strange inside, as if he were a wife catching her husband coming home late. Ares felt the same way.

"You don't have to go that far. I was just teasing; I was just asking casually," Tharn replied. Whether he trusted Ares 100 % or not, he wasn't that trusting. But something in Ares's tone, words, and expression made Tharn choose to believe him this time.

"Then I'll go take a shower first so the scent of the perfume will fade away," Ares said. Tharn waved him off and laid back down. Ares went to shower and change clothes. When he walked out, he saw a box of yarn sitting on the table in front of the sofa. He walked over to take a closer look and turned to see Tharn lying down and looking at him.

"What?" Tharn asked back, knowing that Ares had something he wanted to ask.

"Where's my scarf? Didn't you finish knitting it?" Ares asked, as Liam had reported to him that Tharn had completed knitting his scarf. Tharn rolled his eyes.

"While you were getting dressed, didn't you see it? It's a snake. It must have been snatched away," Tharn replied since he had folded it and placed it on the central counter where the ties were kept. As soon as Tharn finished speaking, Ares immediately walked back to the dressing room and found the scarf that Tharn had knitted. He initially didn't see it because he hadn't turned on the lights in the whole room. Ares looked pleased and tried wrapping it around his neck as he walked back out to Tharn. Tharn lay there, watching Ares with exasperation. Even though the other person was nearly ten years older than him and had a prominent career, he now looked like a child excited about new clothes. What Tharn didn't realize was that he was the only one who got to see this side of Ares, and Ares was completely unaware that he was revealing himself to Tharn so quickly.

"Mr. Liam took it to wash for you, so don't worry about it being dirty," Tharn said.

"Yeah, your knitting skills are really good," Ares replied, examining Tharn's work.

"Well, I learned how to do it," Tharn responded nonchalantly, thinking it was just something normal for him.

"But it probably can't compete with the expensive brand stuff in your closet. You can keep my scarf as a decoration," Tharn said, thinking that Ares probably didn't care much about it. Tharn had seen many famous brand scarves in Ares's cabinet.

"It's not the same," Ares said before taking the scarf back to the dressing room and returning to Tharn.

"And what about the unfinished knitting over there?" Ares nodded toward the basket of yarn.
