"Wait, where are we going? Why don't you take me home?" Tharn asked when he noticed they had already passed the entrance to his house.

"It's late, and you probably don't want your mother to wake up. Just stay in my room for the night, and you can go home in the morning," Ares replied. Tharn didn't want to argue much at this moment because he was tired, fatigued, and sleepy. Before long, they arrived at the hotel that Ares had purchased, a penthouse close to the sea. Tharn looked at the hotel in front of him with familiarity since he often drove past it and knew that even the standard rooms were very expensive.

"Did you rent a room here?" Tharn asked curiously.

"No, I bought the whole hotel. Anyway, I'll have to come to Thailand often, so I bought it. Truthfully, I would have preferred to get a house, but I wanted to assess the situation first," Ares replied directly. Tharn was momentarily speechless upon hearing this.

"You bought the whole hotel?" Tharn asked in surprise, and Ares nodded in response.

"My room is on the top floor," Ares said. Tharn was left at a loss for words, but he could understand that Ares was rich enough to buy a hotel, though he didn't expect it to be that easy.

"What about the things I bought?" Tharn asked, suddenly remembering the items he had purchased.

"Tomorrow, there will be a truck coming to deliver it. Don't forget how many boxes it is," Ares reminded. Tharn nodded in understanding because he had indeed bought a lot, but luckily, the price of each item was still acceptable for him.

Ares led Tharn up to his penthouse, which was also Tharn's first time there. When they opened the door, Ares looked around with satisfaction. This penthouse had 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, and a spacious kitchen. Ares's bodyguard, Jelo, headed straight to the master bedroom, where Ares and Tharn would have to sleep. Tharn knew very well that even if he asked to sleep in another room, Ares would probably not agree.

"Are you hungry?" Ares asked.

"A little, but I think I'll just drink some milk," Tharn replied, as he was going to bed soon and didn't want to eat anything heavy.

"We've already stocked the fridge with fresh food," Jelo informed, as he had prepared everything for Ares.

"Thanks. You guys can go rest," Ares told his bodyguards. He had allowed everyone to stay here as well, but Rafa would be in charge of the shifts.

"I'm going to take a shower first. You don't need to come in," Tharn said, preemptively. He was worried that if Ares had gone in with him, he wouldn't be able to shower properly. Ares raised both hands in a gesture of acquiescence to Tharn's request. Tharn then went in to shower by himself, feeling at ease. After Tharn showered and changed clothes, Ares would go in to shower as well. Being with Tharn and being in Thailand made Ares accustomed to showering more often. However, even if Ares didn't shower for a day or two, the other party didn't have any body odour to make him feel bad.

"Do you want any drinks? I can prepare something for you," Tharn asked the other person.

"Can I have a coffee?" Ares replied out of habit.

"Are you really not going to sleep?" Tharn asked again, noticing Ares was a bit silent.

"Well, just get me whatever you want. It's up to you," Ares answered before heading to the bathroom. Tharn could only mutter complaints about Ares under his breath as he walked to the kitchen. He saw two bodyguards of Ares sitting on the couch near the exit door.

"Oh, aren't you guys going to take a break?" Tharn asked.

"It's our turn to stand guard," one of the bodyguards replied. Tharn frowned slightly, starting to get more curious about why Ares needed such extensive protection.
