Drueb, Smary
"I'm going to need to know what you gave him, sir," the head of airport security demand, looking seriously pissed, but not as pissed as Katsuki was at that moment.
"Get the fuck out of my way!" Katsuki snapped, seconds away from ramming his wheelchair into the dumb fuck trying to keep him away from Izuku.
"Sir, I need you to calm down," the security officer said, but Katsuki was done listening.
He locked the brakes on his wheelchair, grabbed hold of the arms and pushed himself up, determined to get to Izuku, but before he could move his legs that felt like dead weight, his cousins were next to him, shoving him back in his chair.
Before he could yell at them, Hitoshi was stepping behind his wheelchair and pushing him towards the stretcher where Izuku was curled up on his side, still passed out.
When the officer didn't get out of the way, Tenya got in his face, glaring down at him and giving the officer no other choice but to arrest Tenya or to back off.
He backed off.
As soon as Katsuki was close to Izuku, he was reaching out and cupping his freckled face in his trembling hands, terrified that he was going to lose him and their babies.
Izuku hadn't woken up, not once in the last eight hours and Katsuki was out of his mind with worry.
He should have woken up by now, caused a scene that required him to hold him on his lap, but instead, Izuku had just sat there on the plane, resting his head against Katsuki's shoulder as he slept.
"I'm only going to ask you one more time, sir. What did you give him?" the officer demanded as the EMTs pulled an oxygen tank out of one of the large green bags they'd carried into the security room and began preparing a face mask.
"And I'm going to tell you for the last fucking time," his father snapped, gesturing towards Izuku, "I only gave him baby aspirin!"
"He wouldn't be out this long over baby aspirin, sir," one of the officers pointed out, which only pissed his father off.
"That's 'Doctor' to you, asshole," Tenya said, stepping up to Masaru's side while Katsuki sat there, trying not to panic, but it was damn near impossible.
Christ, he couldn't imagine his life without Izuku, without their babies. They needed to pull through this, they needed to-
"Stop talking," Izuku groaned, carefully turning on his side, grabbed the blanket one of the EMTs had placed on top of him and pulled it over his head. "Some of us are trying to sleep here."
"What the hell?" one of the EMTs mumbled, looking just as shocked as everyone else.
"As I was trying to explain to you earlier, he does not react to medicine normally."
"Apparently," the other EMT said, shooting his partner a questioning look.
"Sleepy!" the greenette that drove Katsuki out of his fucking mind growled, making him chuckle, because he knew without a doubt that Izuku was going to keep him on his toes for the rest of their lives.

"Tink, you have to get off the stretcher," Katsuki said, but Izuku just ignored him and snuggled up with the thin blanket that someone had thrown on him and tried to go back to sleep, but the persistent bastard refused to allow him to go back to sleep.
"Deku, sweetheart, you have to get off the stretcher now."
"Go away," he muttered into the paper-thin pillow beneath his head.
