"Do you want me to talk to your parents" i asked

"No" she replied

"Are you scared that they'll force you again?"

"By the way where were you last night? " She asked looking at my with a mad expression

"And why didn't you inform me that you'll be late, I even called you so many times but phone and unreachable "

"I was at work only , After the bridge collapse, the roads were blocked so I stayed in the office whole night " I said

"But you should've atleast informed me do you know how worried I was last night?" She said said getting up

"But I did messaged you " I said

She bit her tounge and sat again "b..but you should've called instead of text, even last time you didn't informed me and went to Singapore"
