Stay tuned for the Epilogue.
The car sped away, blending into city's traffic. Andy kicked up a storm in the trunk, but it had no effect on the driver. Jia looked pale, the officer who was pretending to be Abhi remained calm and composed. He knew the job was risky and he took it on knowing the risks. Andy stopped yelling and kicking after a good twenty minutes. He hoped that was enough show.
"Can you tell us where we are heading to?" The officer whispered.
Andy scanned the van for hidden cameras. He had a small pen device in his pocket that could spot bugs and cameras. He had designed it himself. It was one of his most applauded inventions. He relaxed when he found no electronic surveillance equipment's.
Andy reached for his watch and hit a button. The sleek watch unfolded into a rectangular tab. It was no larger than the palm of a hand, but it was a mini computer. The officer's eyes widened in surprise.
"What is this?"
"Technology at its best" Andy flashed a grin and worked his magic. Within seconds the screen changed to reveal the map. They were heading towards the outskirts. The driver had no regard for speed limits.
Andy quickly shared the location with his team. Even though he knew they would be followed, he believed in keeping all options open. Once he did that he pulled out Abhi's number and typed a quick text.

He knew Abhi well. The boy would drive himself crazy with worry and guilt. His Bhaiyu did not need that unwanted stress. So he did what he did best. He hoped the text would keep the boy engaged.
