I was smiling timidly as I give respect to the employees and visitors.

How could I?
Hindi ito ang gusto ko. I wanted a simple life not this. Being the President really is challenging and hard but I have no choice. I have to this since my parents are too old to be handling this.
My family business focuses on agriculture. Specifically, we are a supplier of raw materials needed on a products.
We are known as the Best Agricultural Inputs Suppliers in the country. We provide essential raw materials for fertilizers and agricultural products. I am not bragging but It's just one part of what we do across our diverse businesses.
I smiled and gave them a thanks message for thier warmth supports and welcome.
Fonso in the other hand, was one of our investor. He was invited in here by my parents.
NAPASALAMPAK AKO ng upo sa office chair ko dahil sa pagod. This is just the first day of being a President but it was exhausting as hell.
"Goodafternoon Ma'am, the Mining team wants to speak with you"
Agad na napatingin ako kay Sha-Sha aking sekretarya. Ngumiti ako at tinanguan ko siya. Indicating that I was ready to face them.
A Mining Team leader, entered my office. Nagbigay galang at bumati siya.
"We have some major issue about the mining of minerals, President"
"What kind of a problem?"
"Community Issues President"
Napakahawak ako sa aking sentido. I have done lots of works today. Maraming iniwan na problema ang kapatid ko.
He has some nerves to change companies?!
"What did they say?"
"It causes environmental issues President what should we do?"
I understand the impact of mining on communities and the environment. I can't continue operations knowing it will harm many people.
"Stop the operation"
I saw how shock he was by my response.
"But we need to have the minerals until sunday morning Ma'am or else some products will be manufactured and distributed late"
"I know that, let's have an alternative solution for this "
"Look for an area which can be good for mining. I'll give you one day for that. Make sure to inform me if you did find one."
Kita ko ang paglunok niya. He was as if worrying.
"Don't worry we will make it on time. Besides our manufacturing team are good."
"I'll double your salary for this as well"
Nakangiti kong ani. I saw how he smiled and bow his head.
"And don't forget the Reclamation and Rehabilitate the mined area after mining is complete got it?"
"Yes President, Thank you for your understanding"
Tumango ako.
"You may leave"
May isa pa akong pinoproblema. The Santiago's Corporations was now making a fuss because of the delays in distribution.
They are a large company! Pero walang nagta trabaho para sa mga raw materials?
