How about you come live in the apartment opposite ours. It was supposed to be mine but Trey and I preferred staying together. Now it's just there, we hire people to clean it occasionally. That apartment can be where you two come to do your thing Trekker said.

Yeah, the walls are soundproof, security of the building is tight and hell we own the building Trey said.
