//Chapter 6// like a princess to her king

Kaizo dropped me off right after the long ride, as much as i insisted on going with him to pick up his brother, he suggested for me to just stay home and rest.

As i wandered around his big house, taking in every detail of the interior. Though still keeping in mind the house rules he said to me, i didn't touch nor left even a mark on his office door.

I approached the book shelves on the living room, fascinated and interested on reading whatever it is on the shelf.

"Miss L/n, i'm so glad to see you."
Suddenly, the door opens. A what seemed to be a butler entered, which i didn't expect for him to come. Kaizo didn't even inform me he was coming.

"How was the trip? Did you two got along?"
He stepped closer with a smile as he eyed me.

"It was a tiring trip, but i enjoyed it."
I laughed nervously, running my hand on my hair.

"That's good to hear, Young master Kaizo sent me to keep an eye on you while he's gone."
He said firmly, holding a table on his right hand.
"And he informed me that you should be getting enough rest before the up coming party tonight for your celebration of engagement."

I paused for a moment, feeling a shiver running down on my back as the "marriage" was once again mentioned.

"Yeah, thanks. I'll be sure to get some rest."
My eyes wandered back on the house, thinking of what to do before i went to rest.
"Did he allow me to stroll around for a couple of minutes?"

"Unfortnately, he didnt."
I sighed at his reply, he then looked back at me.
"I believe he told me that yiu may not step foot out of he door without him around, its too dangerous to face the crowd at the moment. Unless necessary, he added."

"As expected,"
I let out a sigh,
"I'll be in my room, then."

As he nodded, i approached my room, slamming the door behind me almost frustratedly. Now i felt being forced to disobey on whatever Kaizo's orders, like he's the king or something.
I wasnt used to being alone with a butler around, like some kind of princess stuck in her castle.

Though, i cant wait to meet Kaizo's brother. Hoping he'll be less of an attitude like his big brother, and less cold. I lied back in bed, also hoping it could ease the tension from my body and mind.
Perhaps it wasnt that bad to take a minute rest, maybe Kaizo was being reasonable enough to care for his future wife.

I chuckled at the thought, thinking how much he'll care if i managed to soften him, plus knowing i have done the impossible.
"We'll eventually get there.."
I mumbled, before closing my eyes as i drifted to sleep.

- sorry for the short chapter! Thanks for reading!! Also, i didnt had the chance the publish the Hange book. My bad. I was thinking of making a part two of the old Hange book :) what do you guys think? Since i didnt give you guys a proper ending i will this time!
