The next morning came like a gust of wind blowing through the curtains. Birds chirrped in a melody and soft tone, the sun shined through the opened glass panes, shining to the carpet and marbled floor.

Y/n slowly wakes up, the light hitting her face. She hissed, Y/n's eyes adjusted to the morning light, slowly taking in her surroundings. Her memory of the previous night was fragmented, mere scraps of images and sensations that didn't quite add up.

"Ah, your finally awake. Take your time and get ready.
Kaizo spoke as he fixed his uniform while looking at the mirror. She stifled a yawn as Kaizo spoke, his voice sounding somewhat distant in the midst of her grogginess.

"Yeah, I'll be ready soon."

Her body protested quietly as she tried to get up, the aches and pains of the night before making themselves known.

"Also, i wont be home early. Dont stay up too late waiting for me."
Kaizo's words about being late for his mission reached her, and she nodded.

Y/n watched as Kaizo bid her farewell and left the room. Silence filled the air as the door shut behind him, leaving her alone in the large and somewhat empty room.

For a few moments, she just sat there, allowing herself to wake up fully and trying to organize her tangled thoughts. The soreness in her body and the vague memories of the night before were a stark contrast to the tranquility of the morning.

"A small stroll wouldnt hurt.. as long as i ask for permission to walk around freely, i might aswell not waste my time."

Y/n swings her legs, her feet now touching the carpet beneath.
Y/n let out a sigh, once again being left alone inside the roof of her arranged husband.
After recalling their recent conversations, Y/n couldn't help but feel ashamed, guilty. If she was able to distance herself from him, things can get pretty awkward between the two. It was more easier now since Kaizo had just turned to his normal demeanor, being a cold and nonchalant person like he ever was.

Y/n shook those thoughts away, before getting off the bed and getting ready for her plans for the day.

Y/n went through her morning routine with a certain air of determination. She dressed in her casual attire, brushed her hair, and applied a light touch of makeup. When she deemed herself presentable, she left the opulent home and stepped out into the town.

The fresh air greeted her, and for a moment she just stood there, breathing it in. There was a sense of freedom in this solitude, a chance to find some peace and clarity in the chaos of her tumultuous thoughts.

The small stalls on the sides of the road was on the display, busy people roamed and walked through the streets going about their day.
Since Kaizo was busy, she was able to freely move on her own now.

Y/n scrolls through her phone for a moment for any updates, until her friends name pops on the screen. Cathy had just recently posted on her socials, showing a cute white tulip in her hand and the scenery displays in the background.
Y/n's eyes shimmering with an idea, tulips was one of Cathy's favorite flowers aside from white roses and poppies.

Y/n quickly walks to a nearest flower shop of the city. As the bell chimes above the door, and the warmth of the shop hugged her.

Y/n smiled politely as she entered the flower shop, the pleasant chime of the bell above the door announcing her arrival. The atmosphere inside was welcoming, the familiar soft scent of blossoms filling the air.
Y/n glanced around at the array of colorful flowers in the shop, the scent of flowers mixed with something fresh and herbal in the air. Her eyes landed on a group of tulips, their vibrant hues a stark contrast to the green of the leaves around them.

"Good morning ma'am! Welcome to Toko's Flower shop! How can i assist you?"
The shop owner's voice broke her from her thoughts, and she turned to see him beaming at her.

The shop owner, who couldn't be that much older than her, greeted her warmly, his curly hair framing a youthful face adorned with a smile and freckles. Y/n couldn't help but notice his friendly demeanor.

"Good morning," she began.
"I'm looking for tulips. Do you have any white ones?"

"Why yes! This way, please."
The Guy nods with a smile still before taking off his gloves and apron to the side. He then guides Y/n towards a corner, where all varies of flowers displayed on the shelfs and cute pots decorated with patterns.

Y/n scans around the shelves before the guy stops at a shelf where different colors of tulips sat. He then turned towards her with a bright smile,
"Is it a boquet? Or do you have any special request."

"A boquet please."

"Alright! I'll get your bouquet ready, it wont take long."

~Timeskip~

Y/n sat on the couch inside the empty and quiet house, all alone while watching TV in the night.
She felt more bored than she imagined, before yawning.
The tulips was well rested on the table, which she continuously waters from time to time so it could last until tomorrow.

"Getting some rest now wouldn't hurt.."
She mumbles, getting up from the couch after turning off the TV.

Y/n waltz towards their bedroom, shutting the door behind her. She then felt her eyes getting more heavier and more drowsy by second.
Y/n collapsed on the bed as she lets out a sigh, the warmth of the sheets hugging her.
Y/n finally closes her eyes to rest.

On the living room, the front door suddenly unlocks before Kaizo entered. He was home early than expected, he quietly walked inside the dim room.
He glanced around, if Y/n was still around which she wasn't.
He finally noticed the bouquet on the coffee table infront of the sofa, his mind rushed with thoughts as he continuous to stare at it with curiosity.

"Who's this from?.."
