The morning after the tense confrontation, the atmosphere in the mansion was heavy. Ana awoke in the guest room that had now been hastily converted into Taehyung's. She sat at the edge of the bed, her thoughts a tangled mess of uncertainty and apprehension. The events of the last few days felt like a blur—marriage to a man she barely knew, constant warnings, and now the cold tension that surrounded her every interaction with Taehyung.

Taehyung, on the other hand, was in his study. His thoughts were more calculated. He knew his father's motives for insisting on this marriage, but there was something deeper that gnawed at him. Every time he thought of Ana, he couldn't shake the feeling that she was somehow connected to something much bigger. Was she truly just an innocent pawn, or was there more she was hiding? He was determined to find out.

Meanwhile, across the city, in a dimly lit, private room, the mysterious woman who had been pulling strings met with a figure from Ji-ah's past—Park Jimin, Ji-ah's former assistant and confidant.

"She's moved in with him now. The pieces are aligning perfectly," the woman said with a sinister edge in her voice, her fingers tapping rhythmically on the table.

Jimin, his expression unreadable, merely nodded. "But Taehyung isn't stupid. He'll start digging soon. He's already suspicious."

"Let him. Suspicion can be useful," the woman replied, a sly smile playing on her lips. "Ana is just the first move in a game that's far from over. They'll both suffer before this is through."

Ana's name was now a sensation in Korea. Her face was plastered on every magazine cover, every television screen—"The Perfect Union of Business Royalty." The story was everywhere: Kim Taehyung, the cold and ruthless business tycoon, marrying the beautiful, mysterious daughter of a Korean business magnate and a Russian socialite. But Ana knew better. The story was a beautifully woven lie—a web of deceit crafted by someone who knew how to control every piece on the board.

She wasn't that daughter. She wasn't the woman they made her out to be. And every smile she faked for the cameras only deepened the sense of entrapment gnawing at her soul.

Late at night, as the media frenzy continued outside, Ana found herself alone in her new room. A feeling of unease gnawed at her. The letter she had found earlier, hidden deep in her belongings, had been haunting her. Its presence was no accident; someone had planted it there. But why?

She sat on the edge of the bed and unfolded the letter once more, her eyes scanning over the faded ink. It was a divorce agreement—one between Taehyung and Ji-ah, dated on the night that should have been the start of their married life. Instead of celebrating their union, they had severed it before it even began.

Flashback: Taehyung and Ji-ah's Wedding Night

The lavish ceremony had ended, and the grandeur of their union still echoed in the corridors. But in the privacy of their bedroom, there was no sign of the affection and warmth one would expect from newlyweds. The air was thick with tension.
