Ana paced anxiously around their bedroom, her mind still reeling from the shocking discovery about Snow. The past few days had been a blur of confusion and fear, and tonight was no exception. It had been four months since her marriage to Taehyung, and now, after a long day, Taehyung had come home drunk again.

The heavy thud of the front door echoed through the house, and Ana, with the help of the driver and maids, had managed to get Taehyung inside and up to their room. He was barely coherent, his steps unsteady and his demeanor completely unlike the composed, authoritative figure she was used to.

Once inside their bedroom, Ana watched with a mix of dread and resignation as Taehyung struggled to stay upright. His usual grace was replaced by a staggering heaviness, his eyes glazed and unfocused. The maids and driver helped him onto the bed, and with their assistance, Ana tried to settle him.

Her heart pounded in her chest, a storm of emotions swirling within her. The shock of what she had learned about Snow was still fresh, and the added stress of dealing with Taehyung's drunken state was almost too much to bear.

Taehyung finally sat on the edge of the bed, his head hanging slightly as he looked up at Ana. There was something in his eyes—something that made her shiver. The usually sharp and confident man was now vulnerable and disoriented, and Ana couldn't help but feel a pang of sympathy mixed with apprehension.

Suddenly, without warning, Taehyung reached out and grabbed Ana's hand. His grip was surprisingly strong despite his intoxicated state. He pulled her gently, making her sit on his lap. Ana's breath caught in her throat, her heart racing as she felt the weight of his body against hers.

"Taehyung, you're—" Ana began, but her words were cut off as Taehyung leaned in, his lips pressing against hers in a forceful kiss. The suddenness of the contact was overwhelming, and Ana's mind went blank for a moment.

Her emotions were a whirlwind—fear, confusion, and a deep, gnawing curiosity about the truth she had uncovered about Snow. The kiss was intense, full of an urgency that seemed almost out of place in the midst of Taehyung's drunken haze. It was as if he was searching for something in her, something beyond the intoxication that clouded his judgment.

Ana and Taehyung lay under the blanket, their faces only inches apart on the same pillow. The closeness of their bodies and the warmth of the blanket created an intimate cocoon, where their breaths mingled in the space between them. Their legs were tangled together, and Ana's chest rose and fell in rhythm with Taehyung's.

With trembling fingers, Ana traced the edge of Taehyung's jawline, her touch light and tentative. Taehyung, his eyes locked onto hers, placed the flat of his palm against her cheek and gently caressed her lips with his thumb, wiping away the glossy pink lipstick she wore. The touch was soft, yet it conveyed a depth of emotion that words could not capture.

Their eyes remained locked, an unspoken connection forming between them. Taehyung's hand slid into Ana's hair, gripping tightly and pulling her closer. The tension in the air was palpable as their lips finally met.
