𝕶𝖞𝖑𝖎𝖊'𝖘 𝖕𝖔𝖛'Period cramps are my worst enemy.
I don't know what I did to get this kind of pain every month of the year. It's draining. These kinds of weeks contain sleep, a little snack because I can't eat that much, and lastly movies with no end.
I love watching The Gilmore Girls too. My favorite series ever. I think I watch it about every month.
It pulls me out of reality for a while which is nice when I'm feeling the stabbing pain on my lower abdomen.
My mother is an Angel. She comes to check on me every so often because she knows the kind of pain I suffer from. I got it from her after all. She's told me about all the times she had similar scenarios happening. Which makes me feel less alone.
My phone buzzes and I'm quick to pick it up and read the message that Milo sent.
Milo: I hope period week isn't as bad where you don't want to spend some time with your favorite uncle;).
I smile and close my laptop before jumping out of bed to greet him.
I'm not so bad to the point I can't walk or skip hanging out with my favorite uncle.
To be honest I don't see Uncle Ronan that much but it doesn't mean I don't like him. He's cool. He's in London because that's where he always wanted to move and create a family. He has an engineering job and a wife named Fiona. Fiona fell pregnant at the same time my mom did with Lucian, so Uncle Ronan has a son the same age as Lucian and his name is Eros. Pretty cool name.
I run down the stairs and almost end up tripping when I don't focus on the stairs instead of Milo's face.
"Oh, careful! You're that happy to see me huh?" He says before I jump onto him and hug the breath out of his lungs. "Ohhh, my little princess!" He says as if he's at peace because I finally hugged him.
"Hi uncle," he doesn't like being called uncle but I do call him when I know he won't give me shit about it.
"Alright, you're lucky you're not well." I giggle once I pull away and notice the paper bag he's been carrying this whole time. "I hope the soup I made didn't spill," he gasps, checking inside the bag.
"You made soup?" I ask in shock, wanting to see if he actually did.
"Of course, anything and everything for my girl." He says with a smile when he confirms the soup is safe.
"Now come on, let's get it to the kitchen." I nod and follow him to the kitchen where no one is in sight. Today is Tuesday and the cleaners are not around because it's after twelve. They're usually on break at this time so I'm glad bout that. The smell spreads all around the house and I just get more eager to have some.
"Oh come on Milo! I'm getting impatient!" I beat my fists against the countertop, Milo pauses from what he is doing to check if I'm being for real or not, and when he realizes I'm not paying he starts to hurry it up.
