EMILY SOLARIS
The closets in this house have an abundance of clothes, we didn't have to worry about what we'd wear or even eat, it was almost too good to be true.
On the topic of eating, we are currently eating breakfast in the Bolvera dining hall, it's like something out of a movie, the place is pristine and gorgeous, everything looks carefully crafted.
"I know you haven't had the chance to meet them, but these are my children" The lady who we now know as Mrs. Bolvera beamed at us.
"Delta and Amari, ages 14 and 12 respectively" She informs us before continuing "They'll take you to enroll at the Lucrari—which they also attend, and if everything goes as planned then you should spend no more than 30 days finding information on the lineage you hail from" she told us as soon as we finished breakfast, which was some weird looking food but it was the best thing I had ever tasted.
It looked absolutely disgusting at first glance, but it was an explosion of flavors inside my mouth.
Her children didn't look much like her, maybe they shared more resemblance with their father. They didn't have school today because it's the weekend at least there's something this world shares in common with earth.
"Thank you, ma'am" I mumble giving her a small smile, they all echoed a thank you after me as we exited the house.
"It's a 30-minute walk to scire" Amari said in a teasing voice.
30-minute walk?? How on earth are we going to walk for thirty minutes.
"But we have our halo cards, so it's actually just two" Delta rolled his eyes at his sister's antics.
"Halo cards?" it was Elijah that asked. I was just as interested, what are halo cards?
"It takes a maximum of five people per card, you guys will get your card after enrollment, mother has ordered them already, you can choose your maximum although you have to pay, our parents made us choose five because they work in the council and anything could happen. Three people will join me and two will join Amari, hold hands tight and don't let go during the trip." He speaks quite well for a 14year old.
We get to a purple translucent tube, Delta raised his card in front of the tube and a green ray scanned it, the guys held onto Delta's hands and each other and they stepped in and just like that they were gone.
Next was the three of us, me, Skai and Amari.
Amari repeated the process that was performed by her brother just like that we stepped into the tube holding hands, a bright light flashed and when the light left my eyes we were in front of this magnificent building.
"This is your school?" Skai's jaw dropped, everything about this place is just mind blowing.
"Scire" Amari and I corrected her and we spotted the guys who were waiting in front of the building.
Skai shrugs. "'school' 'scire' same thing."
