(21 BBY)The Transport settled onto the ground, jostling the ship and everyone inside. The heavy doors peeled to the sides, an icy blast of wind bursting through the gap and chilling my very bones. Shivering, I stepped out beside Obi-Wan and Anakin, hugging my thick jacket closer to my skin underneath.
"Balls it's cold." I complained, rubbing my hands up and down my arms to stimulate some heat in them. Both boys turned to look at me, presumably raising an eyebrow at my choice of words but it was hard to tell due to the goggles we had strapped on our heads to block wind and snow from our eyes. "What? It is!" I defended myself.
"And this is the planet's tropical zone." Obi-Wan shouted back over the howling wind.
"It's not Tatooine, that's for sure." Anakin called back as Obi-Wan pulled the fluffy rimmed hood up over the hat already pressed to his hair.
"Captain Rex, have your men survey the area." I heard Anakin tell Rex, making me glance over my shoulder while I followed after Obi-Wan.
"I'm getting snow in my tracks!" R7's huffed beeping caught my ears, the beloved orange droid scooting up beside me.
"I'm sorry, buddy. I told you if you wanted to stay behind you could have." I shook my head as he beeped further in distaste.
My gaze drifted out across the vast, snow covered landscape, everything bathed in a slight yellow tint due to the goggles resting over my eyes. It was currently snowing, making it ten times colder than it could have been. We chose a poor time to visit. In saying that we didn't know exactly how long we'd be staying on the frostbitten planet. I shivered at the thought of spending a couple of days in this cold.
