Gardenia. Perfect for the romantic at heart! Gardenias say “You're lovely" and are viewed as a symbol of secret love. They also signify joy and purity, and are associated with thoughts of beauty.

Some times it's better to hide our love to protect other loved ones.

The next thing I knew, I walked into the Clubhouse to be faced with an incredibly angry Hiccup and a very ashamed looking previously mentioned boy, Gustav and seeing him be lectured for his chaotic energy panged my heart as he reminded me of a young Dagur- i rapidly shook my head and the memories away. “What’s going on?” I asked as the other dragon riders joined me, Ruffnut leaning against me and giving a quiet giggle. I knew she loved the conflict, just like her brother. Who was also leaning against me on the opposing side. Both of the twins were resting their arms on my shoulders, for what reason, I haven't a clue. “Of all the irresponsible, insubordinate-” Hiccup lectured pacing back and forth,  “Don’t forget idiotic, imbecilic, inane-“ I cut Tuffnut off by covering his mouth with your hand to let my brother continue. Or at least he tried to, before you gave a surprised “EWW TUFF WHAT THE-?!” as he bit my hand with an evil laugh.

Hiccup continued to reprimand Gustav until I stepped in. smacking my brother upside the head. “You and I are gonna have a talk.” I said glaring down at Hiccup who may be taller than me but I certainly had a way to make even the biggest of men feel small under my gaze, something I had to learn dealing with Dagur. “Gustav, why don't you turn in for the night you've had a long day. You can come to my hut if you want a bed to sleep in tonight.” I didn't turn to look at Gustav but I saw the look he gave me and how it hurt my heart. Somehow he reminded me of Hiccup when he was that age. Always wanting to prove himself but just never being able to do it right. And somehow at the same time reminded me of Dagur too, young trying to fit into a mold that wasn't shaped for him, impressionable. The room was silent for a moment until everyone left. I sighed, my gaze lowering, as I placed a hand on his shoulder.

“You ok?” I asked, feeling his shoulders tense. “Y/N what in the world has given you the impression that I’m-“ I smacked the back of his head before he went into a rant. And also, for the tone he used, he was my little brother, no way in hell would i let him take out his irritation out on me or Gustav for that matter. “Don’t take that tone with me, Hiccup. I’m not the one you’re angry at.” I told him in a similar tone he’d been lecturing Gustav in. He instantly swallowed and took a deep breath. Hiccup knew not to fight with me over this.

“Sorry…I just…It’s so frustrating! He never listens! He almost got himself killed. Even when we were his age, we had the maturity to know when we went too far!” He ranted slightly, waving his hands around to gesture to the two of you and show just how frustrated he was. You gave a small laugh and lifted an eyebrow.

“When you were his age, we were fighting a war against an enemy tribe. For me at his age, I was slaughtering Dragons, and was set to marry and be a chieftess. We had to be more mature, Hiccup. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.” I reasoned, leading him to the hangover of the clubhouse sitting down. As the cool night air blew through both of ourhair. Hiccup ran a slightly shaky hand through his brown locks as he leaned forwards to rest his elbows on his knees.

“I know…that’s exactly why he shouldn’t be out here. He should be safe back on Berk, not out in the wild where danger is at every turn!” Hiccup seemed to have calmed down to the point of reason now. “Maybe so. But he shouldnt be at Berk either, with the amount of energy he has… and the amount of desire to prove himself how do you think that would go Hiccup? Turning him away like that.” Hiccup stayed silent at his words “We’ll fly him home in the morning and try to come up with a solution, ok?” I said standing up, calling for Bloodborne to follow. I heard a small okay emerge from Hiccup.
