Freesias are perfect to send to friends, as they symbolise friendship, thoughtfulness, and trust.

Blooming freindship come from the coldest of situations

I woke up at the crack of dawn the next morning… to avoid Heather just for her first day no way would I step in and ruin her mood not after a long day traveling so I stayed away until I saw a flock of deadly Nadders whilst out on a swim with Tidal grabbing dinner for her and Shade.

“Y/N! Hey, we haven't seen you all day!” Ruffnut shouted pointing at me as she and Tuff flew in front of me. “Yeah, I thought Heather wouldn’t exactly be happy to see me!” Astrid flew in front of the flock to guide them. Snotlout laughed from behind me, I rolled my eyes, grouping up with them in the skies as Astrid led them the rest of the way to the longer route. “Come back down, I doubt anything bad will happen.” Hiccup urged I just sighed following him down.

“Whoa. What happened here? Why are these two fighting?” I stayed on the roof of the clubhouse, Starlight and Bloodborne leaping from out of the woods. Wren was nipping at Starlight weird… maybe because there's another Razorwhip. “I don't understand. Meatlug loves all dragons. She gets that from me. Meatlug, no!” I climbed down partially hiding behind Hookfang. “Wow. Never thought I'd see our sweet little Meatlug turn into the green monster.” Tuffnut chuckled, “What does that even mean?” Knowing Tuffnut it could mean anything from a plant to the sun. “Uh, she's jealous. Is that not obvious to everybody else? Green with envy? Huh?” That actually makes sense. I mean not meatlug being jealous but green being envy.

“Oh, please. That's ridiculous. Why would she be jealous? It's not like you two are-” I hit my head into the closest thing which happened to be Hookrang who sent a glare, “Sorry.” I mumbled petting him, “Did you see Meatlug's face when we were reading those Terror mails? That, my friend, was the face of a woman scorned.” I would kill to be in Tuffnuts brain for a day honestly. “Maybe it's Windshear. I knew this wasn't such a good idea.” I peaked out a sympathetic look on my face, “Uh, what wasn't a good idea?” Probably her doubts of coming I don't blame her. I had half a mind to just stay on the island even without Dagur but he put in effort. I'll put in effort. “Meatlug just went after Windshear.” Fishlegs whilst he was hugging Meatlug seemed upset about this fact more than just worried.

“And it was awesome. I mean…” I bonked Tuffnut on the head spinning his helmet. “But, is Meatlug okay? Can she fly?” Fishlegs checked her getting warble from her. “Yeah, she's fine. Why?” I looked outside, waving down Bloodborne, “Let me guess. More Nadders?” SNotlout groaned, getting on Hookfaang taking away my cover, “Heather, we could really use you. This is a big flock that's coming in.” Hiccup pleaded, “I don't think that Windshear can-” Heather began but Hiccup cut her off, “Windshear will be fine. We'll keep an eye on her. Okay, guys, tight formation.” I took off following Snotlout, “Lout Legs seems like you're in the dirt either way!” I teased. He grumbled. “Says you!” I raised a brow, giggling, Starlight trailed in the clouds, Strangely Tidal was nowhere to be seen she must’ve decided to eat.

“Let me take the lead on this. They're more likely to follow one of their own.” I snickered at my brother's flattering response, “Good call, Astrid. Let's take up our flanking positions and make sure there are no stragglers that break the herd.” He’s so smitten! “Comin' in hot! Blowin' out snot!” I flew above the flock and behind, using Call anytime one lagged behind or tried to fly out, “Guys! Small pack breaking off. Get them back!” Hiccup shouted i whistled, directing Starlight but she was busy with another small herd. Heather lost a bit of control, bumping into Tuffs side knocking Belch around poor thing, ill rub some aloe on him tonight.

“Something's wrong with her. I'm so sorry, Tuff. I don't know what's-” Heather was freaking out,  “I guess that throws your green monster theory out the window.” Snotlout said snidely. “Hiccup, we're not doing you guys any good.” Heather pleaded, “Heather, it's fine. Sometimes the dragons just get a little skittish.” Astrid! Let the girl land! “No, I've seen her skittish. That's not what this is. I'll see you guys back at the Edge. I have to figure out what's wrong with my dragon.” She pulled back flying down and I lowered. “Okay, guys, Nadders first, then we deal with Windshear. Ruff, Tuff!” I grinned. “Please say "Wall of Fire". Please say "Wall of Fire".” They both pleaded, “Wall of Fire!” Hiccup grinned. I got out of the way Bloodborne dived pulling up beside Hiccup instead. “Yeah!” They both cheered.

“Good job, gang. Now let's get them back on course where they'll be safe.” I stretched as we landed, groaning as I retreated back to my hut. Genuinely i dont think Heather saw me which i'm more than grateful for maybe tomorrow i pop by say hi and that’ll be that. Well that was the plan but I haven't seen Heather all day. But that's not my only concern… Tidal is acting weird. Not in a bad way but in a way where she wont eat anything other than fish! She likes clams but only deep sea fish, and her appetite has been through the roof. She's soaking in a cold bath right now because her scales are so rough that slime is faulting. She doesn't seem to be in pain though even though her scales are shedding like crazy. It's driving me mad!

“Hey, where's Fishlegs? Isn't this the second time this week he's missed all the super-fun Nadder herding?” I rolled my eyes barrel rolling and knocked his helmet making Hookfang laugh, “He's saying goodbye to Heather.” Astrid replied sympathetically. “This is way harder on him than it is on the rest of us. So cut him some slack.” Sucks I can't talk to her but maybe it's for the best. “I'm just saying we could use the help.” Snotlout groaned, “Hey im two dragons i'm enough help!” He taunted me again. Starlight sent a small shock at him, “Hey! Don't make him babble, it's annoying!” Astrid snickered.
“I agree with Snotlout!” Ruffnut shouted, “Yeah! Especially with that dragon ship coming towards us.” Tuffnut added, i groaned if only Tidal were here she could just totally sink it.

“Great.” hiccup groaned sarcastically, “They must have figured out what we're doing with the Nadders and decided to head us off.” Astrid observed. “It's only one ship. We'll take care of them, no problem.” I chuckled, turning and seeing the small fleet coming from another direction. “Uh, I hate to keep bringing down the room, or the, you know, outside, but that isn't exactly the case.” Tuffnut and Ruffnut pointed around. “Okay. Guys, let's get above the clouds. We need to regroup.” I nodded about to follow but Blodborne dived down into the water. Wren lifted us up before I could hit the water flying me up to the clouds on top of Starlight, “what was that! I thought you were two dragons!” Snotlout shreeked. “Shut up. Dodge!”

“Hookfang! Come on, Hookie. It's just a little rope.” Starlight blasted at it, “That's not just a rope. Looks like it's made of reinforced steel or iron.” Wren climbed down hitting it with her tail somewhat cutting it, “That's what I said! Come on, Hookie. It's just a little rope made out of some kind of reinforced steel or iron.” Starlight roared shooting at the wench but that bit was reinforced too. “Are you kidding me!” We had to fly up to dodge a bevy of arrows. “Wait, is that…” Snotlout began. “Fishlegs riding-”

“Windshear! What are they doing?” Astrid shouted “Doesn't matter. Right now I'm just thankful they decided to show up.” I nodded, “Yeah especially since my two brats left me!” I shouted at the ocean to nothing in particular. Fishlegs cut Snotlout's chain wrapped around Hookfang, flying them free. We were able to shoot down the rest of the ships, I put on my mask staring down the ocean blue waters. If I jump Starlight can't do anything… Hiccup smiled congratulating Fishlegs, “Ha, ha! Well done, Fishlegs! Switching dragons was the trick. Now even if there are other dragons around, Windshear is gonna do what comes naturally.” I dived into the water, after seeing a fin, smiling seeing both Tidal and Bloodborne curled up, I swam over, She was molting!

Bloodborne was scratching off her scales, I reached over helping claw them off. She warbled happily carrying me out of the water, “Aww that's my girl!” I grouped up with the others, flying back home with them. “Okay, I have to know. Is this a goodbye dinner or a welcome-to-the-team dinner?” fishlegs asked, evident in his voice, I stayed in a corner looking through one of my books, “Either way, I cannot go back to eating regular food after these delicious chops.” Tuffnut grinned, getting a glare from his sister who normally cooked for the two of them. “It's not a goodbye dinner, Fishlegs. I'm staying.” I smiled happily at that biting my jerky tossing another slug at Wren.

A terror mail caught my attention, “I didn't send it.” Heather murmured I stared at the terrible Terror as it landed by Hiccup, “What is it? Are you okay?” Hiccup read through it, turning to me, “It's from Dagur. He's been looking everywhere for his sister. And he wants our help in finding her.” They all turned to me, “What! Don't look at me. Oh, Hi Heather.” I gave an awkward wave chewing a piece of Jerky.

Tuffnut chuckled, “Well, that shouldn't take long. She's right there.”Heather looked down, ashamed almost, anger however was evident in her voice. “I knew he would come looking for me.”

Hiccup, who had seen Dagur's attempts of change, looked over to me “Well, maybe that's not such a bad thing. Or maybe it is. Look, Heather, you're one of us now. A Dragon Rider. If you're not ready to be found, we'll make sure you won't be.” I smiled standing up.
