After last night's events, Jungkook stayed in his room all day. Taehyung suggested he should get some sleep but Jungkook knew his words had affected the elder and that made his heart sink. It wasn't his intention to hurt Taehyung; on the contrary. He wanted for them to find a solution to stay together, no matter what happened but his bluntness last night caused a crack in their relationship.

Jungkook needed to explain to Taehyung that he didn't want to leave, he didn't want to abandon the elder and run away. He wanted to stay, he just wasn't sure how that could happen. How could they be together without the whole thing ending into a tragedy.

With fast steps, Jungkook made it to the door and the moment he opened it, he jumped back surprised, seeing Jimin standing there.

"Hi.." Jimin said reluctantly.

"H - hi.." Jungkook would normally be scared of Jimin's presence but the man felt different this time. He felt like he was there to talk and not snob or attack the younger.

"Can I talk to you for a bit?" Jimin asked and walked in when Jungkook nodded.

He sat down on the boy's desk and Jungkook sat on the bed, his eyes not leaving Jimin whose eyes were on the ground.

"I want to apologise.." he started. "It wasn't fair I was so aggressive with you," he mumbled.

"It's okay.. I understand," Jungkook sighed. "A stranger gets into your home, you got to be at least a bit careful and have your guards up.."

Jimin looked at him. "You really are nice.." he mumbled and smiled apologetically, to which Jungkook returned him a shy smile.

"I know my request might be weird after my behaviour but I would really like for us to get to know each other and become friends. If you want of course!" Jimin added and smiled, hoping that Jungkook wouldn't get weirded out.

"I would like that too. Only if you promise not to attack me or kill me in my sleep.." Jungkook giggled and Jimin did too, shaking his head 'yes'.

"I promise," Jimin placed one hand on top of his heart and the other in the air and smiled widely.

"I appreciate it," Jungkook laughed.

Jimin took a moment and looked at the younger. He was such a sweet kid, so kind and ready to forgive and understand. Jimin felt like an utter fool for behaving so rudely before. It wasn't in his nature but for some reason when the whole thing with Jungkook started, he felt defensive, like the boy was there to hurt him or take something away from him.

"Jungkook, honestly I'm really sorry about my behaviour and I want you to know that I consider you a member of our family. You will always have a place here. Just.."

"Just..?" Jungkook asked, noticing how Jimin's words trailed off.

"I.. I'm sure you won't do it but please don't hurt Taehyung. Or any other member whatsoever.. These people mean the world to me. I can't stand seeing them get hurt.." Jimin smiled nostalgically, recalling all the moments they had together through the years.

"Jimin.. The last thing I want is to hurt you or anybody else. I know I have caused a lot of trouble already but please believe me, it wasn't my intention for any of this to happen."

"No, I know, I believe you. I'm just saying.. Uh, nevermind!" he waved his hands and changed the subject. "How do you want to celebrate our new start? Want to play video games? Watch a movie? Go upstairs? Cook something? Anything you want, just name it," Jimin said enthusiastically, making Jungkook laugh.

"Oh sorry, maybe you want to spend time with your boyfriend and you don't have time for me," Jimin wiggled his eyebrows before he notice how Jungkook's smile faded. "Jungkook? Is everything okay?"
