Reynolds, Vermont

Today was the Reynolds Fair, and people were there in droves. The smell of fried dough traveled quite a distance. Kids were on the rides, having a whale of a time. Despite an overcast sky, and a few sprinkles, everyone was having a good time.

However, there was an unusual, but startling discovery that caught everyone's attention.

A dead alligator was spotted by the area where the llamas were. The fair goers were miffed, and puzzled at how he was there. There was no credible information on how he died.

"Can we keep him, Mom?" A girl asked.

"Sure, honey!" Her mother said.

Alligators in general, were extremely rare in Vermont.
