After some time Sunghoon took a small step back, away from Sunoo.

The younger loosened his arms, but didn't let go completely, still looking at the alpha in concern. He thought he might see all different kinds of emotions in his eyes - rage, anger, hate, but what he didn't expect to see was - tiredness.

Sunghoon looked tired, like he was giving up. And this scared Sunoo. He never gave much of a thought to Sunghoon's life story, but it seemed that it was much more and much heavier than what Sunoo expected. He quickly pulled the alpha back again, eliciting a surprised gasp from his lips.

"No way are you getting away from me, Mister! You're in dire need of cuddles, just like I am! And after that we will find a way to get you dad off your back!"

Sunoo couldn't see Sunghoon's face because of their position, but he felt how the older relaxed against him again, even burying his nose into his neck. Sunoo ignored the goosebumps that ran down his whole body from the touch.

He also avoided the thoughts that came up with how they actually held each other. It was way more intimate than how normal friends would do, more intimate how any alpha and omega should hold each other, unless- well, but Sunoo just accepted that none of this and about them was normal anymore anyway. Or at least, what society deemed as "normal".

They were them and they were good like this.

It was Sunoo who took a small step back after some minutes. Sunghoon looked much calmer now, a small spark was back in his eyes and he gave Sunoo a soft smile.

The younger mirrored his smile and reached up, patting his head.

"That's much better, hyungie. Shall we go to the couch now and start my therapy?"

Sunghoon chuckled and nodded. He let Sunoo pull him to the couch and sit him down.

"Wait here, I'll just get us some snacks and something to drink."

He scooted off to the kitchenette and got everything that he craved. He heard Sunghoon talking to someone over the phone.

When he came back, Sunghoon was putting his phone away.

"I had to tell Jake that I wasn't coming for lunch."

"Oh, I forgot about that!"

Sunoo quickly put the snacks and water on the table.

"If you wanna go-"

"No."
Sunoo blinked at him, surprised by the firm tone in his voice, which allowed no protest.

"I mean," Sunghoon continued in a softer voice, "I really don't feel like going anymore. I also don't want to leave you alone. I mean, you know, you need your therapy and everything."

Sunghoon sat up suddenly, grabbing one of the water bottles. He opened it quickly and gulped down half of it. Sunoo didn't say anything, but he didn't miss the pink that appeared on his cheeks. The omega was endeared, he felt all giddy.

He also felt bold, so when Sunghoon put down the bottle again, Sunoo reached out and made him take off his jacket.

Then he pushed the alpha, so that he was leaning back, and grabbed a blanket.

Sunghoon regarded him with confused eyes, but Sunoo ignored it, knowing that he wouldn't do what he was about to do when he paid too much attention to the older.

That is to say, he plopped down on Sunghoon's lap, sitting sideways, so he could put his arms around him as well, and put the blanket around them.

When he was settled, he looked up warily, hoping that he wasn't overstepping any boundaries.
