6. Make The Most of It

Damian POV

After spending the whole day secluded in the beach house, kissing, enjoying each other's company and watching the sun go down together Jules had fallen asleep on the couch in my arms and I was only too happy to lay here and hold her close to me.

I was only too aware that we were on borrowed time and that once Phil returned we wouldn't be able to be like this. We would have to find ways to be together without Phil finding out.

I wasn't ready to speak to Phil about Jules and I. I wanted to be sure of how I felt, what this is and my intentions before approaching him. I know he won't take anything less than straight answers when I comes to his sister.

Jules shifts a little and tries to pull my tighter around her and all I can do is smile. She looks so peaceful and beautiful when she's asleep and I don't have the heart to wake her.

I kiss her temple and she hums lightly as a smile plays on her lips and I feel my heart flutter. No one has ever made me feel the way she does, she has always made me feel wanted and accepted no matter what happened and even though we had been apart for so long she had never been far from my mind.

"We really should go to bed nugget" I say softly

"But I don't want to move" she says snuggling further into me making me chuckle

"You know there is nothing stopping us sharing a bed" a say kissing her cheek and she turns to look at me with a nervous expression "we can just be like this nothing will happen that you don't want"

"It's not that I don't want to I do.....it's just.....I....." she says looking up at me "nevermind, let's head up" she says leaving my arms standing and taking my hand.

I stand and take her back in my arms making her look at me as I tuck her hair behind her ear.

"It does matter nugget" I say softly "tell me what's on your mind"

"Um......I'm.......I've never...........I don't know how to put it" she sighs

"You're serious?" I ask and she nods "no one has ever made love to you?"

"No.....I was waiting for the right person, I was........"

"Waiting for me?" I say and she nods "Oh nugget, you don't need to worry we will move at the pace you set. I just hope in the end I'm worth the wait"

"You are more than worth the wait" she smiles "I guess my heart chose you all those years ago and never let go"

Taking her face in my hand with a smile I kiss her softly and she gladly returns the kiss before moving back from me. Taking my hand once more she guides me towards the stairs and her room.

Julietta POV

Entering my room I turn to look at him nervously. I wanted him of course I did but I was nervous and knowing that he was happy to wait made my feelings for him grow so much more.

I had spent my life comparing other men to him and no one came close so the relationships never went anywhere. I knew I was possibly setting myself up to be lonely but I didn't care he was all I wanted.

"Um which side do you want?" I ask

"Whichever side you don't want" he smiles "Relax nugget we are just going to go to sleep" he says rubbing my arms.

"I know, it's just it's you.......I've been waiting for this a long time and now that it's happening I'm scared of screwing it up" I sigh

"You could never" he says "besides I won't let you, you're not the only one whose been waiting"

I allow Damian to climb into the bed first and then slip in beside him. He wraps me up in arms just like he did on the couch and I instantly relax. Laying here surrounded by his warm embrace was nothing short of heaven to me.

"What happens when Phil comes back?" I ask

"I don't know but we will work it out" he says softly "let's just make the most of our time alone for now" he says kissing my shoulder and I feel his hand flatten over my stomach and I freeze "don't worry I just want to hold you properly I won't do anything unless you want me too"

I turn in his arms to face him, nervously I place my hands on his now bare stomach and slowly slide them up over his chest to his shoulders biting my lip.

"I've always wondered how your body felt" I blush as I trace the tattoos on his chest

"And? Did it disappoint?" He asks pecking my lips

"Absolutely not" she smiles "I like your body very much"

"Good because I think yours is incredible" he smiles sliding his hands down to my hips "I can't wait to be able to worship it properly"

Maintaining eye contact I feel myself blush at his words. The touch of his hands had caused a fire within me to ignite. I wanted him to do more, make me feel more but I knew he wouldn't tonight. He was being respectful.

Leaning in I press my lips to his, he kisses me back deeply and this time we allow our hands to explore a little. Deciding to take a chance I slide my hands down to his ass and give it a good squeeze making him jump a little

"Cheeky" he chuckles "I think it's only fair I get something in return" he says as he nuzzles my neck.

Without a word I take his hand and place it on my breast. His head immediately snaps up to look at me questioningly. I nod letting him know it's alright and his hand caresses my breast, his thumb running over my nipple.

"Perfect" he murmurs "completely perfect, just right for my hands"

"Please" I wimper and he stops, taking his hand away

"Not tonight nugget" he says "I want the moment, the time to be right. You are going to be giving me something very precious and I wanted it to be memorable for you in a good way"
