27. O.Z.

Julietta POV

As I get ready I can't help but smile at how excited Damian is for today. He had woken me up in the sweetest way with soft kisses along my shoulder and a whispered I love you.

When I had turned over an ours eyes met he had a beautiful smile that went all the way to his eyes that were so filled with love they sparkled and I was in awe of just how lucky I was.

While I got dressed he had made breakfast, he served pink and blue pancakes with strawberries and blueberries, it was so adorable I almost thought he was more excited then I was.

"Are you ready mi amor?" He asks wrapping his arms around me as I finish applying my lip gloss

"More than ready" I smile "let's just hope baby co operates"

"Oh don't worry, baby and I had words before you woke up" he smiles "they will, today is the day"

I follow Damian out the car chuckling softly had how certain he was that he had convinced the baby to co operate, it wouldn't be long now before we found out if it worked.

The drive to the hospital is a short one and once I check in we sit ourselves down in the waiting area waiting for my name to be called.

I notice Damian bouncing his leg up and down impatiently and I can't help but smile and wonder what he will be like when I go in to labour.

"I wish they would hurry up" he sighs

"We were early D" I smile "we just need to be patient a little longer"

"Yeah I know I'm just dying to find out" he says "I want to do the nursery and pick out clothes all that fun stuff. As soon as we find out I'm taking us shopping"

"I love that you are so excited about this" I smile "but when I'm done here my priority is food I'm starving"

"Damn baby is hungry today huh" he chuckles placing his hand on my bump "papi's pancakes not enough for you little one"

"Apparently not" I chuckle

"Alright, food then shopping" he says kissing the tip of my nose

"Julietta Brooks?" The sonographer calls out and we both stand.

Damian places a hand on my lower back as we follow her to the scan room. I take a seat on the bed and Damian sits beside me.

"Alright who do you have with you today?" She asks

"I'm the father and her husband to be" Damian beams as he squeezes my hand and I smile

"Ok then let's get you comfortable and then we will see how baby is doing" she says "and are you wanting to know the gender?" She asks as she guides me lay back and it expose my bump

"Yes please" we say in unison and she smiles

We watch as she applies the gel and starts moving the wand over my bump. Before long our baby appears on the screen and I am overcome with emotions and Damian has also become teary eyed

"Wow" he says softly "look at what we made" he smiles

"I know" I smile "so perfect like their papi"

Smiling Damian places a kiss on my forehead before turning back to the screen and our baby.

"Baby is perfectly healthy and right where they should be with a good strong heartbeat" she smiles "now let's see............ah there we go congratulations you are having a little boy"

"See I told you he would co operate" Damian beams "wow a son, at least we know we have a name"

"We sure do" I smile "our little O Z"

"Am I allowed to know what the name is?" The sonographer asks

"Sure but you are sworn to secrecy" Damian laughs as she crosses her heart "his name is Oscar Zavier Priest

"What a beautiful name" she smiles "I'll go get you some pictures while you clean up"

Damian helps me to clean up and then guides me to sit up. He watches me intently as I sort out my clothing and then helps me get down off the bed.

"I can't wait to go shopping I want to give him a nursery fit for a rockstar" he smiles "and he's going to have a wardrobe like papi"

"I can live with a mini you" I smile "just wait til Rhea finds out"

"Yeah he'll be a mini mosher in no time" he laughs

"Here are your scan pictures" the sonographer smiles handing them to Damian "enjoy the rest of your day"

"Come on mi amor" he smiles "food and then shopping for our baby boy"

We leave the hospital Damians arm placed lovingly round my shoulders as he kisses my temple. My eyes are fixed on the scan picture that is now in my hands, our prefect baby boy and I just can't wait to meet him.
