Anyone POV:
Neteyam, Lo'ak, Tuk Tsierya, Rotxo, and Ao'nung started swimming back to where they all had jumped into the ocean, hoping Kiri is around there somewhere. As they swim, Ao'nung swims by Neteyam.
"So, Jungle freak, how do you lose your sister in this ocean?" Ao'nung teases.
"Shut up, Fish lips, your acting like she focuses on one thing. Besides, this ocean is incredibly big, I have to keep track of Tuk and Lo'ak, plus, I trust her more than those 2." Neteyam says, slightly irritated by the tease but keeps a calm demeanor.
"Mad much? I'm just saying. Should pay more attention." Ao'nung says back, definitely trying to get a rise out of Neteyam. Tsierya speaks up ," Quit it Ao'nung! Just focus on finding Kiri!" She snaps at him, hitting his head with her hand.
Ao'nung holds his head, rubbing the back, and pouting like a child. "That hurt! But fine." He says, beside Neteyam to try to annoy him secretly, but Tsierya watches him closely, making sure he doesn't try anything stupid.
While they look for Kiri, why don't we shift the camera to what Kiri is doing.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the Kiri goes in the water to where Kiri is. Passing fishes with beautiful colors of pastel and bright, corals that shine from the sun as it beams on them, little tentacles reaching out for the camera as it flies by, little crabs clamping near the camera, as someone manage to grab it, and takes a ride as it lets go once it gets to the location. As the camera finally finds Kiri.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kiri swims with the fishes. Having a Gill Mantle on her back, that shines a beautiful bright yellow, glowing on her back that mixes with her blue ocean skin. She breathes in the oxygen it gives her, her long braid floating around. Kiri follows small fishes around, chasing after them like a small child.
She smiles brightly with joy, not knowing about the chaos she caused from getting distracted. Finally, 5 minutes, she hears her name being called from above the water, she looks around, realizing she had broke apart from her siblings. She takes the Gill Mantle off her back gently, and sets it swim away, she swims back to the surface.
Her head brokes through the water for air, after a few seconds of breathing, she yells back. "I'm here! Don't worry!" *She yells, and then hears hurried swimming to her. She blinks once and see her brothers swimming hurriedly to her.
With Tsierya holding Tuk on her back and swimming after the boys, but more gentler so the little angel wouldn't fall off her back. "Boys relax! I won't disappear!" Kiri says, holding her hands up. "We were worried sick, Kiri! You should know how dangerous it is in the ocean when you are alone!" Neteyam says urgently, hugging his sister then pulling away. "Dad would kill me if I let something happen to you!"
Kiri chuckles softly, "Im sorry, Teyam, I just got distracted by the beauty of the ocean. " Kiri says, as Tuk pattles over to Kiri, grabbing her should for help to stay up float. "The ocean is beautiful. But you must be careful!" Neteyam says, checking her for any injuries. Kiri rolls her eyes, but more playful manner. "Okay okay, Your so annoying sometimes. " Kiri says, Lo'ak chuckles. "At least someone agrees."
Lo'ak snickers at his own comment, earning a hiss from Neteyam and smack on the head. "Don't start too, little bro. " Neteyam says. Lo'ak rubs his head from the smack. Ao'nung, Tsierya, and Rotxo swim up towards them, "Good thing we found you in time, Kiri, It's starting to get dark/" Tsierya says, looking at the sun slowly setting.
"Yeah, good thinking, wouldn't want to find you dead from being eaten." Ao'nung tries to spook, laughing with Rotxo and earning yet another smack from Tsierya. "Don't listen to him, he likes to scare the new avatars when they learn how to hold their breaths. " Tsierya says softly, "Now, we should get out to eat and rest. We'll continue tomorrow, and we'll teach you where you should breath. Meet us by the palm tree with the 3 big rocks at 9am. " Tsierya says, as she climbs onto the deck.
Everyone follows suit. Neteyam, as a slight struggle, Ao'nung holds out a hand, " Need help Jungle boy?" Ao'nung says.
Neteyam looks at the hand, and sighs, taking it. "Thanks...I guess..." Neteyam says, climbing onto the deck. Ao'nung smirks at the slight sarcasm in Neteyam voice. "Sure thing." Ao'nung says, then walks away with Rotxo, possibly go cause mayhem, as Tsierya chases after them to stop them.
The Sullies begin to head back to their pod. Tuk is asleep in Neteyam arms, exhausted from the swimming. Lo'ak and Kiri have a small banter over something. Neteyam hum a tune as they reach the pod, entering with a sleep Tuk and 2 troublesome kids.
"Hello mother and father, I brought them back safe and sound, and Tuk ended up falling asleep from the swimming." Neteyam says with manners, Kiri and Lo'ak stop fighting , and say hi to their parents. " Ah, Neteyam, Lo'ak, and Kiri, welcome back. Was it fun?" Neytiri asks, gently taking Tuk into her arms, and laying her in the bed.
"It was, but Kiri got distracted and we had lost her for a moment.' Neteyam says, looking at Kiri, Neytiri sighs, but laughs a bit, While Jake looks slightly disappointed at Neteyam for losing her. "It happens, now, do you guys have another lesson tomorrow?" Neytiri asks, her tail hitting Jake leg, a way of saying quit it.
Neteyam notices his Father disappointed look, and looks away. "Yes, we have another lesson." Neteyam says, Kiri and Lo'ak watches in the back. "Okay, well, would you like to eat? Or would you like to rest for tomorrow?" Neytiri asks, but being the caring mother, she already has 3 plates to eat.
Neteyam notices, "I could eat." He says, Kiri and Lo'ak agreeing and sitting down to eat.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The family speaks with each other, Neteyam eats a little less than usually. Uncomfortable with his father disappointing looks at him when he makes eye contact.
Netyam lets a forced yawn, his dinner still half eaten. "Well, I'm off to bed." Neteyam says, stretching and grabbing his plate. "Okay, Honey, good night, love you." Neytiri says, nodding, Lo'ak and Kiri say good night, and Jake nods.
Neteyam immediately goes to the bedroom to sleep or get away from his father eyes. He flops onto the beg and tucks himself in. Slightly wanting to cry from the disappointment he got...again. He sighs deeply and breathes in, closing his eyes.
He feels safe in his slumber from his father eyes, snugging the blanket and trying to hide in the pillow. Hoping, that maybe he'll finally get a proud face from his father than the always disappointing look he gets. Hopes, that maybe one day, he finally feel relaxed and not stressed all the time.
Just maybe....that day...will come soon.
