I ran back to my house, where I just lay on the couch and stared at the ceiling. Mom and Dad had left for a business trip, so Mom's threats about killing me when I got home were just empty words. I sat in silence, still staring at the ceiling. I had never been so nervous around Ace. Why was I nervous now? Aria then walked out of her room and yawned. "Well... how did it go?" she asked, sitting down next to me. I didn't reply. I just kept staring at the ceiling, hoping it would suck me up.
"Autumn, how did it go?" she asked again.
After a few minutes of silence, Aria grew annoyed. "AUTUMN!" she screamed, shaking me. "Okay, okay! I'll tell you what happened!" I said. I sighed and sat up, explaining everything that happened, including the bed part. Aria didn't even laugh or say anything.
"Are... are you sure?" she asked. I nodded.
"I don't know why I was so nervous. It just felt... nice," I said. Aria giggled.
"You're starting to like him!" she said.
"Shut up! I don't like him!" I said. Aria shrugged.
"If you say so. Anyway, want to go somewhere or something?" she asked. I nodded.
"Where are we going?" I asked. Aria had a smug smirk on her face.
"You'll find out soon," she said. I rolled my eyes. What was I getting myself into?

"Gosh, Aria, will you just tell me where we're going?" I whispered. It was nighttime, and all day Aria had been talking about how much fun this would be. If only I shared her excitement.
"ARIA!" I whispered angrily. "WHERE. ARE. WE. GOING?!"
"Shhhh!" Aria whispered. We stopped walking when we saw Ace heading into an alleyway. Oh. So that's what this was about.
"I'm going home," I muttered, turning around. Aria grabbed me and pulled me back.
"We are seeing what this dude is doing randomly in the middle of the night," she said. "Got it?"
I groaned angrily and nodded. We followed Ace into the strange alleyway. He walked until we reached a door and went inside. I looked at Aria, feeling a little scared, but we kept going.
We walked inside and heard yells and music playing. "What the...?" I whispered. We wandered around and saw a bunch of men smoking and looking at us like we were goddesses.
"What is this place?" I whispered.
"I don't know, but we've got to find out what Ace does here," Aria said. We kept walking until I bumped into an older man.
"Oops. Sorry!" I said. The man turned around slowly.
He had a bunch of tattoos and looked like he could kill me. I gulped and slightly backed away. The man chuckled darkly as the music stopped.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"I-I'm Autumn," I said.
"Oh, I've heard of you two. Ace talks all about you," he said. I furrowed my brows.
"Really?" Aria asked.
"Yep. I should take you two to see him," he said. Dread filled my body.
"No, wait—" I started, but the man dragged us to a table where Ace was busy talking to some people. No, no, no! This couldn't be happening!
"Hey Ace! We've got two visitors for you!" the man said. Ace turned around, his eyes going wide.
"Autumn?" he said. I gulped.
"Nice to... see you..." I said. I am so dead.
