Volleyball Injury (DDM)

Today, i was at a volleyball game and my dad, Colby, and his best friend, Sam, were there cheering for me. I'm a middle hitter and as we were playing, it was the middle of the game as my best friend set the ball up to me and i jumped up, slamming it down on the other side.

 But when i landed on my feet, something happened with my knee and i felt my kneecap dislocate and i fell to the ground in pain. I started crying as my team and the couch and refery rushed over. My friends helped me off the court and i sat on the chairs on the outside. 

Then my dad and Sam came over and the couch talked to them before they came over to me. Colby and Sam crouched down in front of me.

"Hey honey."

Colby said softly. I was still crying a bit and rubbing my knee a bit.

Sam rubbed my back a bit as Colby spoke again.

"We're going to help you up hun and i'll take you to the hospital, ok?"

I nodded and Colby signed me out before him and Sam helped me up and out to the car. Colby drove and Sam was in the passenger seat as we went to the hospital. When we got there, they did x-rays and later i found i did dislocate it. 

(This did not happen to me, but my friend did hurt her knee in practice but didn't actually dislocate it! But this is a serious thing though especially in volleyball)
