"Would identical twins still have similar personalities if raised separately?"
NGL this question is stupid, but I'll answer anyways.
Even if identical twins were not raised separately, they are their own people. Hannah and Lily have different personalities; Lily has always been a little more angsty and openly had edgy humor (usually acting that way with Jackie, since both of the twins were her friend) while Hannah was more chill and to an extent reserved. Hannah also has an edgy sense of humor (unfortunately she hangs out with people who have the 2010 type bigoted humor), but she never openly made those jokes herself as often as Lily. However, I know this is pretty surface level too, because I never was close to them during the entire childhood that I knew them, only considering them that since I had no other options or frame of reference for my own friendships that were not based off media, and I've only become more distant from them with time.
I guess identical twins would have similar genes, which would be a factor in mood and mental illness and shit like that, but siblings in general share that. I've never looked into if it's the same or even more-so for identical twins though.
