The next morning, I woke up to Morgan all over me. He was so cute sleeping and I was in awe. I tried getting up but he pulled me in.
"Come on baby five more minutes," he mumbled.
Baby? Huh? That was weird. He's never called me that.
I got up anyways and nudged him to wake up.
"I have a question," I said biting my lip nervously.
"Hm?" He said waking up and looking at me.
"Well, do you remember what you said last night to me?" I asked.
"Yeah some of it," he said and nodded. "About you being my girlfriend?"
"So you do remember?"
"I wasn't that drunk Lyss. But honestly, would you?"
I sat there in silence for a moment and stared at him.
"I would," I said. "I'll be your girlfriend."

When Mandy picked us up, we just sat closer than normal to each other. We walked down town and we were holding hands. He bought me some stuff and we just talked about everything. Mandy and Malik would looked at me weirdly every time me and Morgan were close.

We all stopped at a restaurant to sit down and eat. It was a nice restaurant, nothing too crowded.
"Hey, I'll be right back," Morgan says and leaves off somewhere in the restaurant.
"So you and Morgan are dating now huh?" Malik says.
"No," I denied quickly.
"Then why have you two been so close today?" Mandy says. "Like unusually close."
"You swear not to say a damn thing," I said.
"We won't," Mandy says. "As long as he treats you good, I don't see no issue in it."
"Morgan's a good guy," Malik says. "But I tell you one thing, he cheated on his last girl. Don't think is gonna happen to you."

For the past couple months, me and Morgan's relationship grew. We literally did everything together. He took me out on private dates, bought me little gifts and did little things with each other. Also, me and Mandy moved out of my dad's house and found a little apartment that was nice and roomy for the two of us.
I wasn't really at the apartment that much because I was always over Morgan's house nearly everyday.

"You want to hear a song?" Morgan says as he playing with his guitar.
We were on his back porch. It was pretty back here. It was only woods and string of lights I put up to make it more cozy.
"Seven summers," I quickly said.
"You already heard that song," he said. "What about...my new song?"
"Orrr you could play a Zach Bryan song," I joked and he glared at me.
"You're not funny," he says.
"Aww is my baby mad?" I said and squeezed his cheeks.
"Why do you talk to Zach?" He asked me. "I mean, your my girlfriend and why are talking to my enemy."
"Because Zach's my friend and he has a girlfriend. When we're hanging out we're not talking about you Morgan."
"Mhm," he says and starts playing Seven Summers on his guitar.
"I'm not going to give you up for Zach," I said and turned his face towards me.
I kissed him on the lips and I felt his smile.
"I got you spoiled huh?" I said and he nodded.
He continued playing Seven Summers. That was my favorite song by him. It's just something about that song I don't know.
"And I wonder when your drinkin' do you find yourself thinkin' about that boy from East Tennessee," he sung. "Did you?"
"No," I giggled. "I didn't drink like that."
"You sure?" He asked. "Because that night I asked you to be my girlfriend you were pretty drunk."
"Well if I was so drunk, then why did I remember the question you asked me?"
Morgan chuckled a little.
"Because I was prayin' you ain't forget," he says. "Anddddd tomorrow my mommas having a little get together. You comin'?"
"Wouldn't miss it for the world," I said.

"So what you wearing?" Mandy asks trying to pick out an outfit.
"I don't know," I said. "I'm just so nervous."
"Why? You met his momma a million times," she says.
"I know it's just...I haven't talked to his sister and brother in so long."
"Look your gonna be alright. His family likes you, and you get along with his son. So it's a win win."
"You're right," I said.
"Plus I found you an outfit," she says and waves a red shirt with some blue jean shorts. "Super cute right?"
I grabbed the outfit and examined it in awe. I quickly put on the outfit, some earrings and some perfume. I looked at myself in the mirror and I looked cute. I put on some heels and I looked even better.
"Perfect," Mandy says. "You look good girl!"
