It was late afternoon when Sabrina’s phone buzzed with a message from you. The text was brief but worrying: *“I’m feeling really sick at work. I think I need to go home.”*

Sabrina’s concern was immediate. Without hesitation, she grabbed her keys and headed out the door. As she drove to your workplace, her mind raced with worry for you.

Arriving at your office, Sabrina hurried inside. She found you at your desk, looking pale and clearly unwell. “Hey, sweetheart,” she said gently, kneeling beside you. “I’m here to take you home.”

You looked relieved but also exhausted. “Thank you, Sabrina. I’ve been feeling awful all day. I don’t think I can drive myself.”

Sabrina helped you gather your things and then supported you as you walked to her car. Once you were settled in the passenger seat, she drove carefully, glancing over at you with concern. “How long have you been feeling like this?”

“Since this morning,” you said weakly. “I thought it was just a bad day, but it’s gotten worse.”

Sabrina’s face softened with sympathy. “We’ll get you home and make sure you’re taken care of. I’ll do everything I can to help you feel better.”

When you arrived at your apartment, Sabrina quickly assisted you inside and settled you on the couch. She busied herself preparing a cozy spot for you, bringing a warm blanket and setting up a spot with pillows where you could rest comfortably.

“I’m going to make you some soup and get you some water,” Sabrina said, her voice full of warmth and reassurance. “Just relax and let me take care of everything.”

As she prepared the soup in the kitchen, Sabrina made sure to check in on you frequently, bringing you medicine and keeping you company. Her actions were tender and attentive, each gesture aimed at easing your discomfort.

When the soup was ready, Sabrina served it to you with a gentle smile. “Eat this. It’ll help you feel better. And I’m right here if you need anything.”

You took a few sips, feeling the comforting warmth of her care. “Thank you, Sabrina. I don’t know what I’d do without you.”

Sabrina brushed a strand of hair from your forehead and kissed it softly. “You don’t have to worry about that. I’m here for you, no matter what. Just focus on getting better. I love you and I’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.”

As you rested, Sabrina stayed close, her presence a soothing balm to your discomfort. Her unwavering care and devotion were a powerful reminder of the depth of her love, making even a sick day feel a bit more bearable.
